Likes

The support we get from the teacher is really appreciable
The college campus is good even they have green garden are all which is refreshing.
The college have all the sports tool available for students.

Dislikes

The college doesn't seperate the cricket and football ground which cause trouble.
The mess food of college is not good better not opt out for hostel
The fines on college is to high even we have to pay our semester fees one month before ending the semester otherwise we have to pay fine

Course Curriculum Overview

I am very interested in computer so I want to explore so I choose the non medical stream and opt for CSE course as I expected the college teacher is comprehensive good. But college is lacking in terms of practical knowledge. The arrange the expert talk and all but that is not that much effective

Internships Opportunities

I have done one online internship in 4th semester from internshala as I'm in final year the college is organising various companies for students to get placed. The students have a lot of options to choose their career

Fees and Financial Aid

When I took admission in this college the fees for b.tech cse is only 37500 per sem means total 75000 per year. The college provide various scholarships for PMS case also provide scholarship for Bihar students as rosemine.

Campus Life

The college organise various type of functions like fresher party even hostel night which bring joy in students and refresh them.They also organise robomania in the month of February where they invite celebrity to perform and also the students show their project. The library is full of books the students needed so no complain about that. The college organise various sports meet time to time and encourage students to participate.

Admission

I applied for LPU and GGI but I didn't take admission in LPU because of its over my budget this GGI have both the things I need in the budget and the course which I was needed. I didn't get rejected from any colleges because my marks are good to take admission anywhere. There is no specific exam in my college to take admission we can take admission directly.

Faculty

The college is well maintained in providing teachers to students but sometimes they delayed but it's fine the teachers are also very supportive. The every subject have its own teacher so no confusion happens. Regarding college exam, they conduct 2 MST and then final exam. The MST pattern is designed specific that helps us in final exam.

Night Life

The college have gym but not good ,the cafeteria is college is good but little expensive. The college have big ground for playing and there are gardens also where students walk in the evening time to refresh themselves. We go out from hostel till 9 am that's for boys but girl only come out till 7.30 in summer and 6.00 in winter

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

Placement Experience:

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Life at Chandigarh University A CSE Student

Placement Experience:

As a BE Computer Science student at Chandigarh University, placements are decent but depend a lot on individual skills. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester, and most of the placement process happens in the 7th and 8th semesters. Many companies visit the campus every year like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some startups as well. There are a good number of offers made, especially from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys and Cognizant. The highest package claimed by the university goes very high, even above 40 LPA, but those are for a very small number of students. Realistically, the average package for CSE students is around 5 to 7 LPA. Mass recruiters usually offer packages between 3 to 5 LPA. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed if they are consistent with coding and preparation. Those who depend only on college studies may find it harder due to high competition. The university also provides training for aptitude, coding tests and interviews which helps in preparation. After completing my degree, my plan is to get placed in a good product based company. At the same time, I am also focusing on improving my coding skills and working on projects so that I can aim for better opportunities or even higher studies if needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) I want to go in construction industry so i chose this field. 2) Currently our college curriculum is updated so its relevant i will say around 70 to 80% . 3) For improvement Faculties should be brought from all over india as professors here are only concentrated from ludhiana itself. and labs are very old it should be upgraded. 5) In a semester there are 2 monthly exams and one end semester exam. 6) As far as difficuly level of exam is concerned it is not much difficult if someone solved PYQ thoroughly.

I love my collage

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in computer science so I choose this course to learn programing how the code works in computer. Student ratio is 22 in class. Teacher are well qulified and there teaching method is easy to understand. There two term exam in 6 months and these exam is not difficult

I have choose this collage because of affordable fee structure and privacy related things . And also placement drive related things .. they are providing us a laundry also for cleening our clothers.
