My experience at GAUTAM BUDDHA UNIVERSITY

As the cousre is a high package based in now-a-days ,so chose it. No one fills below computer science who has appeared in JEE. I don't know anything about the Faculty and student ratio, but we have appropriate permanent faculty in the college and guest faculties are changed and recruited accordingly. Permanent Faculties are well qualified. We have Ph.D. professors and Ph.D. scholars also. Their teaching methods are somewhat casual .As i have joined the college in corona phase , so i attended starting classes in online mode. So students have a habit of not attending offline classes, and as a result, teachers also behave accordingly. If there are not any event or situation exam are on time (mid term and end term both ).Exams are not difficult except some subjects.

Microsoft offered a student 51LPA to a student . He has not applied through college but anyways he got it and role i think is software developer . Our colleg started providing internship starting this which is a good thing .Company name are Edulyt ,role data analyst ; Digituala ,role-Subject matter expert intern .

Students are eligible for placement in mainly fourth year i.e., 7th , some students got their placements through their internship so they got in 3rd year .Cloud analogy didnt take any students . Highest package offered ia 7LPA and average is 4-5LPA. 60-70% students are placed as the time goes. Im planning for getting a job and if possible may try in some govt. jobs.

FEE is increasing every yar for new students . And our mess FEE also increasing. As comparesd to other colleges ours FEE are not very high but it is iincreasing every year which is a concern. I got up scholarship one time in my college. In first year i dont about it . In second year it was rejected and previous year i got it .It was very helpful.

Fest are not enjoyable here as it is rarely held in our college. Fest like abhivyanjana it got cancelled every year .Tech Fest are conducted which was good but not much enjoyable to me. Our college library is very big and there are various variety of books for each courses . Classrooms are average like any normal colleges but with AC . Sport and extra curricular activities in campus is good . There are many big grounds for each sport and if you want then you can get or participate in any ongoing tournaments .Clubs and groups are made in college based on each courses as we have coding clubs and placements groups also there .

Hostel's infrastructure is very good but there maintainance is not. There are single seater rooms for each student and table , chair and bed are provided . Meal quality was bad in previous year but it has improved this year as the tender changed. Registration process is normal for hostel submit fee and fill hostel mess form and submit it to caretaker. I have my room in my hostel not any PG.

It was an online entrance exam where we give tests on our device . I dont know eligibity criteria but they give courses based on the rank one gets in the exams.There is a reservations criteria for fees in the college but i didnt avail any of them. Application form can be found on our college website (i.e., gbu.ac.in) . As our college is a developing college so the admission criteria is somewhat easy or loose you can say , but in the upcoming time i want them to improve it by making the exam level some high than before and a minimum 10th ,12th grade based numbers/percentages .
