Likes

It has a very large campus, very big library.
There are many good places to spent your time.
Find many good people here, hostel life is good as well.

Dislikes

You have to walk very much inside the campus.
Infrastructure is getting old, and need repairments.
Water coolers are getting out of function, and sometime you have to walk very much distance to reach water.

Course Curriculum Overview

i haven't found very much information about upcoming curriculum and first year haven't seen very much uselful in getting a career, it got labs of like physics and mechanics but computer ones aren't working we need to carry our own laptops.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

First you have to 20000 at the time of admission, then its 200000 for yearly and 2000 exam fees every semister, and 1500 library and sports fees, making it 2,07,000 every year, also if you have to live in hostel it has not expensive compared to local PGs you will find actually its more affordable, also they have a 50% off for SC/ST, which makes it one of the best college over affordability.

Campus Life

Social life is good just bcz of friends, college has 0 involvement in it, clubs not many clubs are active and the ones who even are, they just have some activity due to efforts of some selective people, no good at all

Admission

I was applying for BCA actually but the counceller said btech cse is better and should be opt but the fees difference its huge between them and i think its just stupidity to pay so much for this course R&D isn't making sense at all .

Faculty

First year has guest faculty and in this batch they get very much applications to make profit they accepted all request and now its shortage of faculty there, they are hiring but finding them isn't that easy and some classes don't get faculties available.

Night Life

it got good gyms, library get closed after 5 pm but they have an seperate area for 24/7, idk about many thing about hostel life but they hangout and i got to know about that, they don't sleep and don't let you sleep as well, (if you got friends)

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

I get a call from NIET , Dronacharya, Galgotia College and University as well. I left them for the state government University which I think is a quite good decision.
