Bad Experience!!!!!

It was a new course introduced in the year we took admission, We were the first batch that passed out this year. It is a 3 year course where you will study all core subjects related to Logistics management along with some general BBA papers. Some of the faculty there was very sincere and they utmost care to provide any kind assistance to the students whereas you will find some others are completely ignorant. My honest opinion would be first go the campus talk to the faculties about this course, then only you can take a balanced decision. It has 6 semesters in total preceded by mid semesters for every semester in between. It has also some MOOQ course test provided by the Logistics Skill Council of India. The management of this course is really poor...sometimes when they are in short of faculties you will see them assigning teaching duties to some Research Scholars of the school who are already preoccupied with their works and Research projects.

You will not get good internship opportunities there . The companies that you will go for internship will treat you like regular workers not intern...That's the worst feeling ever You will get to do some projects during the course. You will not get any placements there for this course.

After every 6 months they will provide you some internship opportunities for which you will be required to go out of the state. You will be provided stipend for the same but the internships are not standard internships. You will not learn anything there but you will just have to work 10 - 12 hours doing your work duties which is very tiring you will get a lot of sweat and bruises.

You will get many fests and functions in your campus where you can participate and do fun. You will decent libraries where you will get the books of your interest or domain there. Classroom are of very high standards..They are highly equipped with projectors or LED with cable connection and wifi. There are some sports tournament conducted during december month and you can participate in entrepreneurship or finance club there for extracurricular activities.

No entrance test was taken by the university for this course. You will get direct admission to this course by approaching the admission dept. If you are a reserved candidate , you can also join it through KISS which is another NGO run by the University as a subsidiary for providing free education to the underprivileged.
