Likes
- I like teaching of the professors it can understandable for an average student this helps to learn more.
- I like the curriculum and timing of the college which is from 9.40pm to 4.20 this helps to create something by own.
- I like the greenery and environment in the college as this is located outside The city.
Dislikes
- As size of campus is less, A large fest can't be conducted.
- Ground is too small, it is impossible to play all the students at a time. And some courts are not present like badminton, tennis.
- For good sports we should choose some other college other than this.
Course Curriculum Overview
As Vasavi is well known college in hyderabad and now a days the demanding course is computer science which is helpful for the further years, so I choosen computer science. Faculty is not much as I expected which must be improved for further years. 1:60 which can be increased the students count in following years. All the faculty as mtech graduates. Teaching is clear and understand able for an average student. For 2 months internal mid exams are conducted and for every 5 months semester exams are conducted. The paper was not as difficult as iit but need minimum classroom knowledge to pass
Internships Opportunities
Some companies like service now, Morgan Stanley can provide internships within the college with the amount of 70k - 90k in which students are selected based upon their skill not on their acadamics. As I'm in 1st year I didn't know more about the projects and internships.
Placement Experience
From 3rd year 2nd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Microsoft, service now, Morgan Stanley, Tata consultancy services, in which offers nearly 15-18 lpa. Nearly maintaining a cgpa of 8.5 can get a good number in getting placed. I wanted to pursive MTech after my btech.
Fees and Financial Aid
Through mains we can expect fee upto 140k but as you come from tseamcet the fee is reduced upto 35k from 140k. Epass in which students who joined through eamcet will payed off by the government of Telangana those who secured rank below 10k a full reimbursement will be given. As I m in 1st year I didn't know about job and its details
Campus Life
A fest is conducted within 1 month of the joining which creates an awareness for communicate with each other. A huge number of books are provided in library to study as much as we can. A projected is provided to lecture the class and no ac is provided. As ground is too short we can expect not more on sports. So many clubs are provided to create passion in students which can be lead our future. @vceconfessions is the Instagram page which is runned by students.
Admission
12th pass with 75 percent in 12th boards Ts eamcet is an exam conducted by gov of Telangana. We can check the details regarding the exam in portal. Application fee for SC, st students is rs 500 and for others it will be 900. Applications details are found in tseamcet. Com portal, dates will be announced in the month of March. Admission process is quite lengthy and disturbing we can see some changes in the following years
