I like the teaching process and the practicals.
All equipments are present in the lab...
All games will be available soon,which will make us more happy.

Dislikes

Few classrooms are very bad. There is no proper lights and fans.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to stay in this medical field. I have given neet once and this was my backup option. All the faculty members are qualified and their teaching skills are also very good.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a First year,1st semester student. Till now I'm studying. I have applied for the svmcm scholarship. And the course fees structure is fine with fine lab equipments. For svmcm scholarship we have to score 60% marks.

Campus Life

No fest held till now. All books are available in the library and there is a good environment for studying. Classrooms are also fine. Outdoor games are played in the campus. Infrastructure is developing.

Admission

I got chance here through WBJEE counseling process.No improvement needed.And got to see the fees structure through college official website.All application dates are available at college website. It is good.

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is good last year 24 batch senior get placed and he got the highest package of 8 lpa and median package of 5 lakh and lowest package 2.50 lakh almost every student get placed and some student get for higher studies

A short review on JIS University

Placement Experience:

This college has a good placement record. Mainly in B.Pharm, 90% of students get placed in some good companies. Cipla, Mankind etc companies come and give the opportunity to students. The average package is 4-5 lakhs per annum and some students got the highest package like 15 lakhs per annum.

Remarks:

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.
