Likes

Good opportunity in sports and cultural activities
For study maulana azad library is very good place
Time is not burden here like other Institute which makes us study whole day

Dislikes

External people who are not students can enter here
Amu should follow rules seriously by not allowing external people
Club is not supervised property and some nepotism in clubs

First year is common for all Branches you can upgrade your branch if you maintain good CGPI And do not get back on any subject faculty student ratio is good here most of the faculty members are iitian with phd from iit delhi or kanpur or bombay exams are not of moderaye level not much difficult

Here placement is good but not good as jamia milkia islamiya and nit because of it's location away from Delhi average package offered is 6 lakh rupees and highest package is of 20 lakh most no of students get placement from here are from electrical branch and the alumini network of this university is very strong if you do not get on campus placement you can get help by alumini

Fees is very low here like around 20k-60k Based on the branch for new branches like AI, food technology there are various scholarship programs by government or alumini like sultan jahan and for students from up get up scholarship other NSP

Campus life is very good at here because students are very friendly and no ragging good opportunity for social learning it's infrastructure also very good and clubs performance is nice University has asia's biggest university library which have so many books you can found any boob here Sports facilities also very good here

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good comprising 24*7 electricity And cleaning mess food also good as money they take. Hostel registration is done at the time of filling application form online anf after Hall allocation you to submit file in your Hall

Hostel Fee: INR 100 per year

Admission

They take Admission by AMUEE entrance Exam it contains 150 question 50 questions for each subject math ,physics ,chemistry Application form can be filled by visiting amu controller website and it can be filled in February to March and application fees was 1100 rupees previous year admission is done on the basis of your rank Reservation:- reservation for jammu and Kashmir students they can get direct admission without giving exam by PMSS a central government scheme for these two regions

Placement Experience:

If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.
