Course Curriculum Overview

I'm in Btech Ai having a high fee of 63,000/- INR per annum. The faculty is ok ok but some professors are really very good. They make you understand each topic very clearly. Scoring the passing isn't a big deal.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 63000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is value for money. The core branches having a good placement ration with an average package of 5-6 LPA. The tech branches Like cs,ai and somewhat electronics having high paying but less number placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The BTech fee for an annum is 8,000/- INR only but for newly introduced couces like Ai and automobile have relatively high fee of 60-70k but it is still very low in comparison to the private colleges.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs to become a part of those is very adventurous and innovative. There are clubs like roboclub, horseriding club,racing cars club ,etc. The campus is very large to enjoy and is greenries everywhere.

Admission

12th passed having age less than 25 Amu website Nil Nil I gave an entrance exam named AMUEEE for bachelor's containing questions of physics, chemistry and Maths having 150 questions (50 each) containing 1 mark for each correct answer and -.25 for each wrong answer. You have to score about 70-75 marks for top branch i.e CS and have to score atleast 40-45 marks for selection as an external

Placement Experience:

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.

AMU was amazing!!

At AMU seats are fewer and number of students filling the forms are enormous. Hence, the cut-off is always tol high and for BSC in any stream a minimum cut-off is over 80%. In my time it was 83 for Maths Hons and I guess, I was lucky enough to get it....Read More
