About college life

I had bad experiences in the college.I suggest students to get A grade college's if they dont want to struggle in future for their jobs.

I gave CET. In first round i was alloted this college. There were no interview for admission. I had already been in computer science stream so i wished to continue the same so i have chosen that course.

I liked my course and wished to learn more about it but landed doing subject out of my course also. Practical knowledge was least provided by our college. No research initiative was taken by our college. Electives were also decided by college itself. Too bad curriculum.

College didnt even had internship for students.They never encourage us to do from outside too. So i don't have experience about same.

College had no placement. No one got placed from college campus as our college had no campus placements. One placement consultant were brought which had all bsc background jobs and just placed there students through this and College students were just made out after single rounds. The college management also used to send us in job fairs and for walk in interviews.

Yes we had . Technical events such as robotics,quiz etc.Cultural had all common days such as saree day, traditional day,and so on.No managerial fest.College contributed well.

It was affordable to me because i belonged to SC category . Other than reserved students fee structure was never fixed. In each semester it was around 7000 to 8000, hence my 4 year course fees was about 60,000 rupees.

Since i was from the reservation category we didnt hadvany scholarship and i never availed one. No i have no idea about any loan facilities by college.

It was average as compared to other colleges.We never got opportunities to explore our inner talent.

No there were no college hostels.

Yes it was ok but never soo helpful to us .

Exams and labs were never managed properly and felt to hectic. Students were never taught properly in any labs.

Faculty don't seem to be more qualified as such they could hardly speak proper english.They were never friendly but some of them were too strict during submission. For example. Teacher felt very good lectures but when it came to submission they suddenly changed their attitude and never helped us. In practical were literally never performed and printouts was always the issue since we never performed and availability of printer was also an issue. We used to spent money for printouts. Standard of there teaching was very much low and some times even portion was not even completed .The environment of teaching i.e classrooms were very bad students hardly sat for lectures Exams and labs were never managed properly and felt to hectic. We never felt any learning environment in our college. Practical knowledge was too low for students. Teachers inspite of not teaching they expected us to perform brilliantly in vivas which was very bad. I dont even remember what i learnt from my BE as there was nothing been taught properly. Due to insufficient teaching staff we were alloted our elective subject by department themself. Teacher also didnt had subject knowledge in deep. For teaching purpose 1)Teachers were few. 2)Even though subject was not there still due to non availability of teachers they managed within faculty. Practical knowledge was least provided by our college. Students were never taught properly in any labs. In my entire life i have never faced such teachers with no skills and knowledge.Teaching faculty need to be changed.Other than the teaching staff other management staff were also not qualified and misbehaved with students too.College has many other issues so i actually feel such colleges should be shut doen due to such teacher and campus.Engineering being toughest degree course should not been taken soo lightly by our government by allowing such institute to function .They can destroy ones future.
