The teaching staff is very helpful and always encouraging .

Dislikes

During college exams there is more security as per normal days
Security guard behaves rudely at the gate.
They are not alowed the outsiderd in college without uniform.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I have seen Great placement opportunities in this course and the intake of student is also 120.The faculty is very good and highly qualified with updated course knowledge and very experienced professors.The exams were taken on monthly basis as CAT exam (Continuous Assessment Test). It is moderate and university level exam ehich every student and give and prepare for University exam.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 88000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

From 7th semester students becomes eligible for campus placements. The companies such as TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra,etc are visited and offers great packages.90% students get placed through college placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I am an Sheduled Caste Student I got Scholarship Benefit from government of 10000/- rs in total for one year in two installments. Rest The Tuition Fee which is payable by the government 90000/- by the government of India post matric scholarship scheme benefit through mahadbt portal.when I am in Final year I got placed with 3.2LPA in FacePrep company located in Hyderabad in on campus selection.

Campus Life

Anjuman compufest is the tech fest and annual fest is celebrated or conducted annualy with full of enjoyment and in very disciplined manner. Library is the largest library in the nagpur where you can get all courses related books to read. The classrooms are digital and always near and clean to study.

Admission

The admission process is so simple as you have to give an MHTCET Exam and JEE main exam and qualify as per the cutoff. To be eligible for the couse you have 60% in all your academics.All the reservation Benefits will be given according to the government approved.As an SC candidate I have got scholarship benefit from this college.The only Improvement I suggest in admission process is fill the application form carefully with your own opinion and self selected branch.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. College for middle class students who can't afford expensive college

I didn't choose this college, it was destiny and I am not that rich. The addmission process was simple i have to crack CET exam and I got some good percentile of that I had around 85 percentile but I couldn't have applied to other colleges because the good colleges are far from my home and there fees are also high. For example if I have applied to GH raisoni I have to pay over 80000 fees and the rest will be scholarship but here I pay 48000 that's the difference it doesn't matter if you have studied hard got good marks the college you decide is always on the basis of money and fees Thats why I am stuck here...Read More

10th pass ,12th from PCM/PCMB the cutoff for admission is very low , it goes up to 60-65 percentile for branches like CSE and AIDS , whereas for Lower branches it sticks to 30-40 percentile or even low . As it is a minority college Muslims can get admission here easily . Some students even get admission based on their relations with the department staff , with low marks....Read More
