Admission process is very student friendly .
Faculty are well qualified and supportive.
Syllabus are updated and exam held timely.

Dislikes

Very late availability of study material.
Very late announcement of datesheet of exam
Very late announcement of result and it can take 5-6 month.

*For the student of commerce this Managment course is best in the available option. *No imformation about faculty :student available . *Faculty are well qualified and teaching method is very student friendly. *Exam are held timely and if you doing 2 Hour study it is easy to passout.

Class Size: 2500Course Fees: INR 47500 per year

Internships Opportunities

*School of open learning itself provide internship with 10000 stipend. *Yopu can join any firm to do inernship and do a project which result you have to submit to the college. through specified portal.

Fees and Financial Aid

*In 2022 the course fees was 47500 but in 2023 it hiked to 50000. *No scholarship provided by university but a Financial Support Scheme introduced to help the financially weak student to refunf their fees.

Campus Life

*No annual fest and tech fest they are conducted. *Books are available in the liabrary. *Drinking water and all basic amenities. *Not applicable *Whatsapp group are made for semester which help student to updated them self.

Admission

*Minimum 55% in graduation . *From the official sites of University https://sol.du.ac.in/admission_23_24/index.html *Not Applicable because I am belong to general category. *No every thing is good in the process of admission.

Placement Experience:

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

A bittersweet experience

Placement Experience:

Summer placements starts within 3 months of joining, there are a couple of good names recruiting and they all come in the first few months, after that its a struggled. The situtation is much better for finals and we acheive almost a 100% placements for finals every year. The placement average has been stable at around 14 lakhs per year for a while now.

As I Have intrest in finance form starting that is why I have selected this course. Student Faculty Ration is nice its similar like regular college. And their is different Faculty for different subject and they teach so well. All the faculty are PHD degree holder. Their teaching style is also good lke they teache in an interactive way which make us lear fast and we will remember that for long time as they teache with real life example. Term Exam are fixed and they take place in that month only. This one of the best thing of IGNOU that exam take place in the correct time

Placement Experience:

Opportunities at DFS in terms of placement are enough for every student to get placed. Having started the career with salary and profile offered at DFS is a very good start for anyone. The highest package here is about 18lacs with median and average package being 10 and 12 respectively. Most of the role offered here are in finance domain with no fewer opportunities in analytics, operations, business development, consulting, etc. Some of the companies for placements that visit campus are Amazon, HUL, Bank of India, Bajaj finance, etc.
