Review of my college

The central library isn't have so much books it contains the old and these books aren't enough as compared to no of students. But the digital library is superb. 8am- 8pm open with high speed internet.

Gate 2016 Thought it's an aicte approved college and it's the deemed University of Odisha . That's why I got admitted. And there's no interview for m.tech program. I'm a ME student and for higher studies only I choose this .

The branch is very good and the practicals done here are very impressive. we enjoy the labs . And in second year we're totally working for project along with 2-3 classes (labs) of b.tech we've to take.

They encourage students to go for internship but only in the summer vacation period . Stipend for internship is provided by the organization where you do intern.. not by college.

Placement are better in case of UG students. But if you are a PG student the chances are less.. and the companies coming are mostly Infosys Accenture Wipro.. LnT .. Mahindra.. TCS.. etc..

Annual fest. Technical fest. Annual sports etc..

The fee is around 45000 a year for masters. And it's very affordable as we get stipend from aicte.

College isn't providing stipend to GATE qualified students.. it's only the stipend provided by aicte for the GATE qualified students. And for nongate students limited people get stipend by the college.

A lot of society are there for b.tech students but for m.tech there's nothing.

Hostel are not provided to everyone but only girls and the b.tech students. And hostel fee is about 24-30 k a year .

In annual fest students get interactions with alumni.

We have 1 mid-semester and a semester in a 6 month. I.e 2 semesters in a year. Yes it's a pretty enjoyable place to chilling out.

Faculties in our branch are mostly PhDs and 2-3 associate professors. And some of the faculties are Post docs. The highly qualified faculties are teaching better.. and the assistant professors are little dull.
