I liked the college campus it's quite big and beautiful.
The faculty members are also very kind .
The environment for the study is very nice.

Dislikes

There is a lot of distance between the hostel and college.
The package of the placement is not soo high.
You have to for off campus placement for a big package mainly.

Course Curriculum Overview

Now artificial intelligence and machine learning is in so much hype and many companies need the engineers with this AI ML course. Actually the demand is so high and in our college the course of CSE with AI ML is introduced in 2024 for the first time.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

Actually campus placements are offered. But students also get off campus placements . The companies like TCS( TATA COMPANY) and some other companies also come. But mainly students prefer off campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship will be provided from the college, you have to search the scholarship by your own and fill it. Only one scholarship from the government can be applied. You can apply more scholarships from the private ones.

Campus Life

On focusing clubs there a lot of clubs . Also have a big library consisting of a lot of books ????. A fest named SAMAVESH is held which is of 3 days and this is a mixture of technical and annual fest.

Hostel Facilities

It is not a rented PG it is the hostel of the college only. We have to share a room with 4 students. Meal quality is also quite good and menu is decided according to our opinion only. The cost of hostel for 1 year of college is 48000.

Hostel Fee: INR 48000 per year

Admission

Actually at first I want to go to IIT, But unfortunately I can't. So then I look for other colleges and then I found this college Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla. Then I see this is in top 2 to 3 colleges of odisha. So I joined here.

Faculty

I am studying in the course of computer science with specialisation in artificial intelligence and machine learning . The faculty members are so supportive and helpful . Each semester have two exams. One is mid sem and another is end sem.

Night Life

I am a hosteler so not allowed to go outside of the hostel. We have a gym in our hostel and also have a library with lots of books. We have also a playground for badminton in our hostel. There are different hostels for diierent year students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro, tata motors, dilotte, Q spider etc are visited. Highest package is eight lakh. 80% of students get placement. I will do mtech after getting this degree.

Basilly student eligible for semestar seven but not more student are placed in lacement I think maximum of 2 to 3 companies visit in college every year and salari is maximu of 3.5 lakh and average is 2 lakh

I have applied to only Outr(formerly Cet Bhubaneswar). I have applied on the technical branches, but got none of them as my rank was around 152000. As Cet is not very good for its core branches, so I preferred Vssut over it. To get technical branches in cet bhubaneswar your rank should be under 50000 in Jee mains. The admission process is through the OJEE COUNSELLING. It is the counselling only for the students of odisha and anyone out of Odisha appearing the OJEE examination.
