Some discoveries and some success and failures

in our college the major problem is that the faculties try to take too much control over the students and at times thet really make the college environment similar to the primary schools. the interference at times become to a great extent that really becomes intolerable. yes the management should really work on its working pattern.well the overall experience of the college was not that really good as i had expected.

i wrote JEE mains entrance test and landed up this college through counselling procedure.no there was no interview process that was followed as far as admission was considered.the interest towards science made me choose this course.

well as far as the course is considered it is really great. i don't think that focus on practical learning is paid to a great extent because the instruments are not that really good and the lab assistants are not that helpful. as far as i know no research initiatives are taken by the institute in which students are involved.

no the college did not provide any internships till now but they really want the students to do internships at some point of time. and of course i have not been an intern in any organisation.

well the placement scenario comes to its peak during some time period.not all students get placed because it happens that they often get placed but the company never clls them for the work or the training purposes.the companies that have visited so far are SAMSUNG, WIPRO, TCS,TECH MAHINDRA, HCL. the average package is around INR 3.5 lakhs.

cultural fest organised in our college is MYTHRI and ZEALICON is the technical fest and the bad part of fest in our college is that they do not invite any guests during the fest. well they were not really big because students don't really attend those.average footfall was around 100 to 150.college authorities don't really contribute in these events and therefore students make their own candidates and in charges.

fee structure of our institute is around INR 1,20,000 per year and of course it is not at all affordabe because over this a amount of INR 90,000 is required for the stay in hostel that becomes quite too much for the fees.

no the college did not provide any scholarships on its own but some students do get it from the state government .no the college does not take any participation in the loan .

in terms of extracurricular the college is fine as far as i know.yes students do get opportunities at times to explore themselves. but yeah the facilities are not really good for the same.

no i am not residing in hostel because hostel has limited number of seats and the admissions are based on first come first serve basis. Yeah i know well about the hostel rooms ,3 people share a single room and the washroom is shared by multiple rooms. and the quality of food was fine but at times it is really disgusting.

no the interaction with alumni was not at all initiated and also the college did not perform any platform for the same.no i don't think that the alumni contribute in the overall development of the college or the students.

not the exams but the labs are really too frequent and therefore they become tired full at times during the end of the day especially when the lab assistant is really annoying.and of course there is nothing chilling in the lab.

as far as faculty is considers some of them are really qualified and helpful but some of them don't even know how to teach and some even do not know the stuff about the syllabus .some faculty members are not helpful at all. well talking about interactions ,they all are interactive but in case of some of them the interaction is not really useful.
