My college is "COLLEGE WITH A DIFFERENCE" in every single aspects

College life is indeed a journey. You meet numerous special people along the way. It is funny how the person you hated the most end up being your soulmate at the end. And the person whom you envied the most gets jealous of your achievements. It is a cocktail, with the blend of memories, love and friendship and a touch of emotions and dreams. College life is in fact amazing.

I had attended KEAM(Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) examination. On behalf of my higher secondary education, I found my passion for IT, so I wrote KEAM entrance exam but I got only low rank. That make a persistence inside me. I decided to join on MES engineering college in management quota and attend management's interview for that and became a part this college.

After I came to college, I realized that engineering was beyond the reach of understanding. It taught me what to know better than what to do. At first, it seemed so tired and wrong, but later everything went better. I did not feel that the course I had taken with the words never went wrong. At the end of the course, the college authorities give us a great support.

Here we don't provide any internship, but some of the classes are conducting to similar to the internship. We haven't been informed about the internship. There was once a test conducted by a company for selecting a few talented students to work on a project and get paid. no one qualified for it.

Department of IT, MES College of Engineering Kuttipuram, in association with Department of ECE and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) organized Two-day Hands-on Workshop on “Internet of Things & M2M” for PG/UG students. the Departments of Information Technology and Computer Science & Computer Science and Engineering, MES College of Engineering Kuttipuram, is jointly organized Distinguished Lecture Series on “Next Generation Multi-core Systems - An Architectural Outlook”. Other colourfull programmes are conducting day by day.

The fee structure is different for the different course. the peoples said that I am in management quota, So the fee and donation is unpredictable. But, we can say that like a big Interjection, MES engineering college does not have any donation for any kind of students. Also, the fee structure is very affordable for any level of students.

Here we do not provide any Scholarship but they provide some government Scholarship. SO I applied int it and getting 25,000 for each semester.

Of course. The college has helped me unleash the inner me. It has empowered my communication skills as well as presenting skills. I have overcome my stage fear as well that of public speaking. I have realised my programming skills and my leadership skills. I am now an active extrovert, a complete change from being a quiet introvert.

Hostel life was cherished full. It has no words to say. The hostel is the best part of our growing up days. The bitter-sweet memories of those bygone days always bring a smile to our face. I learnt an important lesson from my hostel years that difficulties help us to know the outer world. When I sit back and reflect I feel that I have learnt so much from my hostel life and started my life journey with that wisdom. Words can't define those three years of my life that was spent in my hostel. we, my friends, shared the room. we are not only friends as we are sisters. Yes, we shared the room and we always keep our room clean and tidy. Other than the room we had a badminton court, guest area, and beautiful garden as well we got a good quality of food.

Exams are conducted in each semester in time. They also provide internal, module, class test to improve students skill. Labs give the knowledge of what happening in this life. It gives both fault and correctness to improve more ideas and logic. Exams are conducted after completing each chapter, before semester exam we have attended many model exams sometimes gives high stress. Students who are back in their academics get extra classes that we can make up for our university exams.

Standard of teaching cannot be generalised since there are teachers of different ability. However, they are all working towards giving us the best in every possible way. The classes are taken in several interesting ways and using blackboard and smart board. They are trying their best to improve our academic scores by providing us with study materials as well as persuading us to refer the textbooks whenever possible.
