My university is very good for meme. College management is also too good. In my opinion if you want to do any postgraduate course in life science/ biotechnology it will be your right choice. Faculty is very qualified lab condition is satisfactory.

I wrote exam for pg course of Dr H S gour central university. I secured third rank in this exam. I did B Sc (H) Biotechnology so I went for MSC in biotechnology. I am interested in research and this is the course which is research oriented.

M.Sc. Bio technology is a totally research oriented course and it focus on research and applied biology. Course structure of pg course in bio technology is very good it covers all the life science subjects which plays significant role in applied biological science. This course has four semester and four subjects in every semester. During this two years course two electives are compulsory. I had taken two electives enzyme technology and biophysical techniques.

Yes my university provides internship. For the pg course internship it will give stipend also but for this u have to clear an exam stipend for the internship is 8000/- per month. During my tenure no company came for the placement.

In my university placement opportunity is not that much but job opportunity is good. Because of very good reputation of my university all the organisation take intrest to provide them a job in their esteemed organization. In respect of biotechnology in India there are not that much opportunities in private sector but there are so many research institution that are playing major role in research In these institution biotechnology graduates and postgraduates are getting research opportunities with fellowship and after getting research exexperience they can get research opportunities in abroad. Biocon And panacea these are the major companies for the biotechnology students.

There are so many events celebrated in my university. On the name of my university Hari Singh gaur jayanti celebrated In my university and all the common events like 26 January and 15 August as republic day and independence day respectively. These all events celebrated in a very grand manner with the great gathering. Convocation ceremony celebrated in my university in a very grand manner with the chief guest the President of India. I never participated in any of the events but many times I anchor many events. There are so many departmental events like freshers party get together party and farewell party. In these departmental events I always play a role of organiser and I played it well.

This is the four semester course and for every semester u have to pay 19200/- . this figure includes all the expense like lab fee sport fee gym fee but this does not include mess fee and hostel fee. As my university is central govt funded but the biotechnology course is self financed so the fee structure is quite high as compared to other courses running in central govt university. If u belongs from category like obc sc st u don't have to pay any fees.

In my university they are providing scholarship for the good students the students who have qualified PhD exam or they have secured first rank In all semesters. They will get inspired fellowship.

Campus life is very good in my university. Gender ratio is also very good. Workshops are quite frequently organised for our course . as this is a central university that's why student diversity is very high students from all over India come to take admission in many courses.

Hostel facility of my university is very good and it have four hostels for boys and three hostels for girls there are two types of rooms in sharing or single. They charge only 150/- per month for a room and this room has one bed ceiling fan and switches.

All the seniors were not very much cooperative. They don't interact muchmuch. They did not organise any alumini meet.

Exam pattern of all the central universities in India is very hectic. Each and every day u will face an exam. A four semester course have at least 80 exama in a semester there is three quizes two mid semesters and one end semester. There is no delay in ex
