Very college. value for money. I have enjoyed my 2 years and got placement in a good company.

I got admission through GATE 2010 exam. Marks obtained: 41.20/100 Rank:1918 (OBC), Best college in north after iit's for computer Science.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have taken Information security as specialization for m.tech. Better if you get software eng. as specialization. Software eng. and computer science as specialization are better course instead of Information security. It is good because of placement criteria.

Internships Opportunities

We got stipend of 8000 per month for ministry of human resource as we are GATE qualified. But it has been increase to 12000 per month. There are lot of companies that come for place at mnnit around 150 companies came at that time. And all m.tech, mca as well as b.tech guys got placed.

There are lot of companies that come for place at mnnit around 150 companies came at that time. And all m.tech, mca as well as b.tech guys got placed. Average package for m.tech was around 7 lac. and for b.tech was 8 lac. which is light high then m.tech.

Faculty is well qualified. They give you good knowledge of subjects. Especially seniors are more supportive. They give you full support as well as study material which is very helpful in placement. Some seniors conduct placement classes also. Nice seniors

Basically, if we're talking about M.tech. students are eligible for campus placement in second year of the course. Many companies have visited so far in the past like L&T , VIT( for Assistant professor) , EIL (for top rank holders) , etc with good CTC packages. MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it. Know about MNNIT Allahabad/ NIT Allahabad

With my jee mains rank which was 5000 and along with ews I had two options to choose from... One was NIT Trichy with ece branch and one was NIT Allahabad or MNNIT Allahabad with cse branch. But I have hard that ECE branch is tough in terms of academic as compared to CSE branch.. and also NIT Allahabad was very much mear to my home state that is Bihar. So I considered NIT Allahabad over NIT Trichy. Package was also I reason that I considered while choosing between these two. Admission process is not that much tough it's just one day process.. first you have to upload your documents online and the you have to visit the college on the provided date for physcial verification along with the asked documents....Read More
