Likes

The campus is quite big.One can easily make use of the large campus area.
There is greenery everywhere in the campus.You will get quite fresh air here
There are 5 cafes inside the campus making it a lot easier to find chill time with friends

Dislikes

The placement record of this college is not very impressive
The faculty members and lab assistants will continue to use Kannada everywhere if not officially

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is under the guidance and supervision of VTU. The faculty members are quite qualified but you will not find any faculty who is not a resident of Karnataka. I chose the Data Science stream because of its growing network and options opportunities.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 293000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite high if you take admission through COMEDK which is around 3Lakhs per annum. But if you take admission through KCET the fees reduce to almost 60k per annum. However, the KCET exams are only for Karnataka students. The scholarship opportunities are quite high here if you fall under the criteria mentioned by them.

Campus Life

The college life here is quite nice although the hostel is situated quite far from the college campus. You can find restaurants hotels and clubs quite easily despite the fact that the campus is situated quite far from the center city. The library here is quite huge and the authority claims it to be the grandest college library in Bangalore.

Admission

The admission took place quite swiftly. I applied through the COMEDK exam but they also take admissions by KCET and Management. There are no reservation benefits for non-Karnataka students, although you can avail of some scholarships if you are from SC, ST, or OBC.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Acharya where the world comes to learn

U thought to do BSC agriculture... But I was rejected to get seat ... After that my interest was to do civil... So I applied for acharya institute, dayanand sagar, RV college, so many college I applied... But I thought acharya is best because college campus is like heaven... And placements rating is also good ... So I end up with this college lastly... Admission process means there are 3 ways to get admission on this college... 1 st way management seat....
