Review of ABES Engineering college

I was very much interested in computer programming and all and obviously a job also. so I wanted computer science. now talking about the faculties yes the faculties are well qualified our program leader maam has done her mtech in computer science from IIT Kharagpur and her Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati. and all the faculties members are well qualified and their teaching methodology is good. in a class, there are 70 students generally we have tute classes for every subject regularly in which there is 30 students for one teacher and everyone could ask their doubts. we have three sessional tests in a semester which you can say internal exam . in which the best of 2 st's is considered. You will get internal marks on the basis of marks scored in STs. At the end, there is semester exams. In sessions, you could easily score well by reading your teacher's notes.

students became eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards. One of the top companies that visited our college was Amazon, which hired students for 44lpa, 10 students got an offer of 19.76LPA from synopsys11 students got a package of 18LPA from Cisco overall about 100 students got a package of greater than 10LPA and one of the packages is 50LPA highest in 2023. overall average package lies around 7 to 8 LPA. Overall about 85 to 90% of students get placed. I wanted to go for a government job after my engineering.

the fee hike is not so high in fact for the last three years it is the same (coz I know only the last three years ), the fee does not hikes normally one time you have to pay 135000 for the total first year fee(less than the second year onwards). and 9000 for dress (uniform). yes, the scholarship is provided there are no. of scholarships for girls there is a scholarship in which the get a scholarship of around 55000 and for boys, there is a UP Government scholarship of around 50000. and yes there is scope for campus jobs also like as we know from the second year there is some company that comes for internships and the placements start at the end of 6th semester.

"Genero" is the annual fest of our college which generally takes place in the month of march- April, and there are several tech fests like tech- parvah and all. Books are available for students in the library in our college every branch has a departmental library and a central library common to all the departments. the classrooms are provided with AC. In every classroom, there is AC , a projector and there is a charging socket for the students on every bench. yes, sports happen in our colleges and students play and participate in the zonal level matches managed by the university. There are different clubs like Kalakrit which is for dance, music, drama, and all. and technical clubs like Talentrove, quiz, picturesque, Minerva, sports club , salvaged and so on.

First of all you need to appear in JEE mains, in which your JEE Mains CRL rank is used for UPTAC Counselling . You could find the UPTAC website online on which you need to apply for the counselling which generally starts after the JEE result . As well you could apply for the direct admission as well for that there is a link on the official website of the college at https://abes.ac.in . now the application fee for the uptac counselling is 1000 (in 2023 ). in direct admission you directly report to the college and get your admission for direct admission the cutoff goes like 88-94% marks in class 12th for branches of Computer science. and if you want to get admission in ECE you can easily get by reporting in the college. and through counselling you need to have percentile around 75%ile in JEE mains and do choice filling carefully .
