Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to be an engineer so I chose this course. The faculty is very good and supportive and the availability is very nice. The student ratio is about 40:60 for girls and boys. The teachers are all qualified from big institutes with masters and PhDs in their fields. Exams are conducted twice in a semester which are moderate to pass them.
Internships Opportunities
As I get to know the internships from my seniors I get that it is very good. You should learn coding in different languages in order to have a good internship. I cannot mention the amounts but the numbers are quite good in this case.
Placement Experience
After 5th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. I am a fresher now so I haven't had any offers or applied for any. The number of students greeting placements is much nicer than any other private engineering college. My plans after getting the degree are to get a decent job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Till now there is no information about any fee hike but we can expect about 15000-20000 every year. I am in my first year and I didn't get any scholarship in merit and hence no internship as they would be available after 2nd semester.
Campus Life
Many books are available in the library and we can play any sport we like to as there are a lot of options. There are a lot of clubs for techies like Geeks for Geeks, IEEE Bu Robotics, and many more like 16 Clubs only for techies.
Hostel Facilities
We get a table, chair, almirah, fan, AC, bed, and mattress with a 24-hour supply of electricity. The students going out of their homes for the first time may have difficulty with food but the quality and the menu are not bad at all, we get a lot of options. Registration for a hostel is included in the admission process as fess is given with it but you have to book it early to get the room of your choice.
Admission
The student should have passed Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics with at least 60% aggregate along with any other third subject or with a minimum score of 24 in IB Board. All the details like the application form, application fees, and application dates can be easily found on the Bennett University website. I have a defense quota that avails a 5% concession on the tuition fees of any particular program. Everything was fine in the admission process as the mentors contacted you personally on WhatsApp.
