Well, I chose this course because I was very intrigued by it. The faculty is also one of the best in the country. All the teachers present are justifiably qualified to be present here. Our semesters are very oddly gapped.

Internships Opportunities

HIT will assist you to find some good training in Good companies. Most of the companies are located in West Bengal. If you Want to do an internship you have to make your own effort to arrange it. There are so many examples of our seniors who have successfully arranged their internships. I think, Industrial Training is enough for your industrial exposure. So most of the things are great but you will also have to work hard.

Fees and Financial Aid

As stated below the fee structure is already present on the internet it can be found with a simple search. As for the affordability of my course, it is really one of the most affordable courses present in the college.

Very good in eligibility there may be more things I want to see in this college. Honestly, the admission process is good at this moment but I would like to see them take an entrance exam of some sort to see the admission of students. The admission process is easy.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Placement opportunities are overall good, students can apply for the placement form 5th and 6th semester and can get PPOs's companies like Microsoft, google, amazon comes during the placement season and every year, so many students get placed even with a package greater than 2cr INR. Placement Experience:

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. A few companies which visit the college are TCS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, IBM, COGNIZANT, HUL, HCL, INDIAN OIL, MITSUBSHI, NJ INDIA, D-POWER,ETC. all the companies offer placement. highest on-campus package = inr 33 lakh where as the average is around 6lpa. After the degree, I plan to get a good placement in a core company and opt for GATE.

Okay college and decent placement

I choose this college due to affordable fees and the hostel facility near. But I think my desicion was wrong as it is not good engineering college as compared to the other colleges from noida ,ghaziabad and rest cities of India .This is because of followiong parameters that are good in those colleges.1.NO Regular cultural and technical fest. 2.Not any extra co cirricular activities such as dandiya, festive special programs and the main freshers part. 3. There is no farewell given to final year students by the college. 4. No convacation held. 3. No hightech infrastructure and AC classrooms.
