Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to be a doctor. It's best I am in Kerala it's a state of the highest literacy rate with much safety and authenticity, All the teachers are Bams MD some are also pursuing or are pursuing phd. It's about a 3.20-hour exam, which happens once a year, In offline mode pen and paper from mcw come 200 paper is divided into 2 sections A & B.

Class Size: 400Course Fees: INR 16000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have an attached hospital to our college they give up the opportunity to practice there and learn, so we do there and get paid for this. Payment is quite fair in Kerala than other states, overall good in maximum things.

Fees and Financial Aid

It cost me around 50k per year including mess hostel and fees with some expenses ( college). I am not getting any scholarship as such from my college as I am an AIQ student studying in Kerala, stat ones are getting.

Campus Life

100% of books available in the library. Good classrooms with projector and green board Mike facilities are there. There is always competition for sports. Very indulging to be precise. There are fears happening more than 2 times in a year.

Admission

Should be 12 passed or appearing in 12 classes. % criteria vary category-wise. Nta releases this form on their site once a year, exam name NEET. Choose your category wisely as it helps to avail category reservation. Admission Should be online rather than offline as distance colleges make us suffer to reach there within a certain period of time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is helping and moulding the ayurveda doctors for the society. The subject will be tough during the beginning due to the sanskrit language and later it will become easy to understand and remember the shloka. The difficulty level of the exams is range from moderate to hard.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ayurveda is also very important part of medical field. It brings a lot of treatment aspects and life style betterment. There are practical significance of all the knowledge into life. Hospitals here is very much well equipped and doctors are skillful so it's very good platform for learning to treat the disease and at the same time learning for prevention of disease. Some of the portions should be re evaluate. They should not make shloka compulsory and eliminate some old theories which are not going to accept. Should combined with modern medicine and teach a hybrid model or Intregate course.

A bad college with good faculties

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course seems very intresting even though it gives some mental stress. In my opinion syllabus should be a little more oriented And exclude the importance of slogas since it is an unnecessary things to by heart

Complete Review of BAMS Course in Mannan Ayurveda college,Pandalam by a former student of 2019 batch

Course Curriculum Overview:

The latest course curriculum is good as they provide 20 MCQ in every 100 mark paper,so it had become much easy for students to pass the exam. The sloka is mandatory in exams which is a drawback that finds too much time consumption to students and the Sanskrit language is also very difficult. Each exams have 3hrs which is sufficient as only 80 marks questions need to be written reaming 20 marks are MCQ

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Chose this Course as it is Emerging more Effective in the past Few Years and I believe I could contribute more in this field. Moreover I was Interested in the Ancient Cultural form and the uniqueness of the Science of Ayurvedic Medicines and Treatment Methods. There are 14 Departments in the College including Both Clinical and Non Clinical aspects. Each Department Has about 6-7 Faculties Incuding HOD, Assistant and Associate Professors.At Present there are 5 batches of Students in the Undergraduate Course Excluding the House Surgeons. So about 360 Stuents total.There are about 200 Students in Various Post Graduate Course. The Faculties are appointed through Government Exams and Interviews and are Eligible after the BAMS degree and PG Qualification in respected departments with Experience of teaching. The method of teaching is very Systematic with periodic assessments. As per new NCISM rule term Exams are once in each 18 months and Can be passed through Systemic studying and activity.

I got admission in this college through entrance examination CEE conducted by Kerala government. After that merit list is prepared. To be eligible for this one should at least 50% in biology and 50% in all three, Physics, chemistry and biology together. And must have completed 17 years of age.
