Likes

I liked the public life there and the social relationships between the students.
The cantine was very good and the food is fresh.
Also the relationship between the students and the teachers.

Dislikes

The college classroom is not always in good condition.
Local persons sometimes come to college and misbehave.
The college toilets are not always clean.

Every year many companies come to our college and choose many students. Almost 100 percent canpusing. The teachers are very good and teach us regularly. The classes are also attentive. Classes tend to have 2 3 hrs duration every day. The student - faculty ratio is 30:1.

Fees and Financial Aid

Although knowing all the right places to go to find scholarships isn’t as easy as it sounds, applying for scholarships to study abroad shouldn’t have to be a mammoth task. My college also provides a number of scholarships to students who are in need.

Campus Life

Every 2 years, a reunion is held together. There we get a chance to meet our passing seniors. Festive weather is made and we get together very well. We created clubs and social groups from our friends.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is very good. The rooms are very good and tidy and clean. We have a big fridge and a water cooler to drink fresh water. The meals are very good and we are provided with chicken every week. We are also provided with daily necessities.

Hostel Fee: INR 60000 per year

Admission

The admission process is very easy. After the 12th pass, appeared in the expo exam and got admitted to Asansol Polytechnic for a mining diploma. I am now currently in the 5th semester. The college is very good and provides us with many facilities. The teachers are also good and very capable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Mechanical engineers design and build solutions to a range of problems.improving efficiency across wide range of industries. By studying mechanical engineering, I can look forward to good job prospects.high salaries and varied work.my collage has nice equipped laboratories and good classroom.it has well maintained hostel for men. I love the environment of my collage.my collage give importance to both studies and other extracurriculum activities. My favourite teacher is professor sourav das.he can handle any type of students.my collage teacher teaching methods are awesome , teachers serve as instructor who deliver knowledge to their students.through lecture and direct instructions aim to measure the result through testing and assignments. 3 years full time diploma engineering courses that's 1 semester/ 6 month. It is too difficult to pass out of this branch. The syllabus of mechanical engineering is quite huge. One cannot comprehend the vastness of mechanical engineering.

Overall my college is too good for me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took Mechanical Engineering because I really love 3idiots and also machinery things. But when I entered the college it was a completely different experience. The vastness of the subjects was awesome for me and I can give you an overview of my 3years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. The faculty was helpful, they taught us in different manners like through online video or presentation, and they all of them co-operate us. The students to faculty ratio was 10:1. I didn't get industries exposure. The curriculum of 3 years was very useful for me. It build me for the future. I was very satisfied with the college. Teachers are supportive, and there is good infrastructure. The term exam is 3years timely. Yes it is hard on several levels to exam , academic performance. The exam paper is tough for us. It was small difficult to pass on exams.

The best polytechnic College for metallurgy

Placement Experience:

After the 5th Semester apparently companies start interviewing students. I am going through campusing right now. I have been selected by Aurora for further interviewing. Highest package is of Jindal around 17k and average package is 11k with accommodations. 85-90% students get placement. I am planning for higher study completing B.tech after getting the degree.
