Remarks

We have Wi-Fi facility but the bandwidth is low. We have enough place to play cricket, football and other indoor games. The library is good and we have quality labs but still, we can have new equipment in the labs. Food quality has been good in the canteen. In particular, I did not face any infrastructure related problems.

Entrance Preview

I have come into this college by taking management seat because i have not got good marks in the entrance exam which i have wrote. for me there was a interview process but i have not attended for it. The course i have took is because my own knowledge over the subject.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good, but not updated according to the recent trends and technology. My course is also fine going on which will be very easy from second year. All the lessons are tought for us in practical learning manner. yes we had a research initiative in institution.

Internships Opportunities

In our campus the internship program is also provided less. Students who are interested are generally sent to many of the core companies where as other students are left because of the preparation for the higher studies. the experience in the internship is also very good. The average stipend amount given was 10000. We had to look for internships outside.

Placement Experience

Placements are good. But most of them are IT jobs. About 70% of students(who were eligible for placements) got placed as of my knowledge. The highest package being 12.5L/annum and lowest was 3L/annum. Accenture, Wipro were the big names that visited our campus.

College Events

Good events are conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities

50000 is my fee structure. i have paid two lakhs for the college because i have took the seat from management quota. the bus fee and the hostel fee both combined together i have to pay 35000. this total amount of fee is not really affordable for my parents to pay for the college for every single year.

Faculty

The faculty is good. The faculty members have PhD in their respective subjects. Faculty members are friendly and We always looked up to them for clarifying doubts.They are skilled, experienced and knowledgeable. Faculty to student ratio is healthy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

the main reason for me to choose this college is that it is nearer to my house comparing my college on different parameters which I applied for are distance to travel and it seems the best in my town the reason why I was unable to make it into top most of the colleges is that I haven't studied up to the mark the admission process is simple you must have to qualify ts eamcet and then apply for counseling then cross-check with the previous years rankings relevant to the college and apply to the course.
