Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to become a professional programmer. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:9 means that 1 faculty for approx 10 students. The faculties are well qualified in their respective subjects.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

In this college, the students become eligible for placements from the 7th semester and many different companies visit our college for placements. Most of the students got placed in the companies and some students opted for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike policy and the cost of the study is the same throughout the course. The college provides scholarships according to the university percentage and the scholarships vary according to the percentage.

Campus Life

The annual fest or the pandan is organised in the month of September or October mostly and many VIPs are also invited to the event. The college library has well-stocked books and you can easily get any academic-related books

Admission

The course is eligible everywhere. The application form can be found at the reception and you can easily fill the application form or you can take the help of other students that are there for your help only. The admission process is very simple.

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
