MNNIT, a very good placement oriented college.

I chose this course because on my rank it was the best possible course available and MNNIT is quite close to my hometown so it was the best option for me. The faculty ratio is decent here approximately 20:1. Some faculties are quiet experiences and teach in an interactive way. There are two exams mid term which happen every 2 months and the other is the end semester which happens after 2-2.5 after the mid-semester. they are of moderate level, some courses are difficult so you have to study beforehand and put some effort into passing them but some are quite easy which can be passed by studying one day before the exams.

The placements in our college are very good. Internship opportunities are available from the third year. and for placements in the final year. Big MNCs like Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook visit the college regularly. The highest package from our college is 1.2 cr and avg is 20.31 lakhs for all btech branches for the year 2022-2023. Also for the mechanical branch the highest package is 55 lakhs and avg is 11.8 lakhs which is decent. total of 92% of students from mech got placed and overall students above 90% got placed which is very impressive. I want to go for further studies after completion of my degree.

The fee for the under 1,00,000 category is 56,000 (31,000-sem fee+25000-mess fee) per semester. there are 2 more slabs of 1-5 lakhs and above 5 lakhs the fees for these fees are 75,000 and 1,20,000 respectively. there are various scholarships available from govt (UP- Gov Scholarship) and other private NGO's the college alumni also provide some scholarships. the banks in the college also provide educational loans at a very cheap interest rate.

There are many cultural fests in the college which are conducted throughout the year. The main cultural fest is named Culrav which is a 3-4 day fes fest which includes all types of activities. There is a decent size of the library which includes all the necessary academic books and also books on other topics too. There are 2 NLHCs which are great for taking lectures rest all GS's and other classrooms which are poorly furnished. The sports culture is poor in our college, but the facilities are provided like a basketball court, tennis court, football ground, cricket ground and athletic ground.

I took the jee mains and jee advanced examinations. The cutoff for this course in the general category was 97.98 percentile in JEE Mains. got 97.89 as I was from the OBC category I got this course. The application form was available on the Official website of the JEE Mains. The Fee for the JEE Mains was 800 RS At My time. The forms were available 3 months prior to the examination. As I was from Haryana I was given the quota of other states, so I was not eligible for the quota of my home state. But there was no loss in it as the cutoff for both was the same in my case as the no of students is far more in UP. I want the admission process to be more streamlined as there were many delays in the declaration of the results. And one more that the paper in the different shifts was quite varying in difficulty, they should be similar in difficulty.
