Course Curriculum Overview

I am Ayushman Tiwari. In my batch, there are 103 students, and usual lecture classes occur altogether for all students, For labs, we are divided into groups of two. Don't expect much from the electrical engineering faculty.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internships are only for cse ece ee like for my department around 10-15 students get internships from 100 students. so it is quite good if you prepare well. Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, dee Shaw

Placement Experience

Placements are better than many IITs and equal to the rest of them For CSE around 29 on average for ece/ee 23 on average and all big techs come here around 400 companies. The only motivation to join this College is placements

Fees and Financial Aid

In total, it is around 130k including the mess hostel tuition fee everything if you don't have any category or scholarship. I am not aware of scholarships but there are many based on income below 8, below 5, below 1

Campus Life

The campus is decent in size but the real problem is that you are not allowed to visit more than half of the campus, like for boys the campus is half. As we can't go even near to the girls' hostel and most it's a big area which includes other things too.

Admission

I gave Jee mains in 2022. My percentile was 98.9, I applied for cse, ece, ee here. I am from up and my category is general. Got Electrical Engineering. I am happy with my branch and placements are very very good in our college, especially in the top 3 branches i.e. cse ece and ee.

The student eligible for placement from 7th semester . The mass recruiter company like capgimeni , tc, wipro,cognizant are coming the average package is around 4 lpa. You work hard to get placement and you have to gain skill by your own.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it.
