Course Curriculum Overview

I choose to go with B.Com with ACCA as I'm interested in pursuing in the field of Accountancy. The faculty are highly professional and has years of work experience in top companies. There qualifications itself gives a green flag for joining this college.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internship in the 5th semester regarding the companies where we get opportunities vary. Every year different companies come up with internship for us due to which there is no specific company.

Placement Experience

From 5th semester onwards we get the option to choose our specialization and then after a few months we go for a month internship. The college also provides internship and if we want to go to some other company also we can go. They have the feasibility.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are pretty good and regarding the fees hike, there is a fews hike but it is very less due to which i hardly matters as a student can afford to pay with that much hike also. They do have scholarship on the basis of the marks scored in 10th and 12th.

Campus Life

Every year sports are conducted and there are alot of clubs like literary club, communication club and so on. When it comes to sports we dont have our own ground but we have a ground booked for us every Friday so that we can go and play.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility were good. They were clean and maintained everyday and after every month or so they also have a pest services. Registration for hostel is same as college admission. If someone wants to live in PG it is also q good option and near by alot of PGs are there where the students can stay for an affordable price.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

There were no reservation benefits. They believe in non biasness. Apart from that the admission process we need to clear the interview round. They are taken by college faculty and the questions are quite basic but tricky.

ISME- You Potential learing destination.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. I'm pursuing CMA thus BCom was a good option.BCom is a regular degree with great life skill programs we have marketing and HR that are really useful assisting with accounting I really enjoy the subjects and we also have commerce and management events to help in real life challenges also hope for more events and activities coming to the examination time as of me I really need more time for few subjects like marketing and HR as there is a lot to fill in and as of difficultly all subjects are moderate and not much difficult to understand as we are already written exams (internal) and also teachers are good at explaining and providing notes

Before ISME I had applied to Delhi University through CUET exam I got through DU but could'nt get admission I had already paid the fees here. I had also applied to Christ University where I had to face rejection. They rejected me as my score in the Entrance test was low there. ISME has 3 rounds for the admission proccess. First is the essay round where you are required to write essay form answer of the asked questions. Next they have a Group Discussion round followed by an Personal Interveiw round.
