Actually in tamilnadu there is no any entrance exam for engineering and they have counseling were they allot ranks by our marks and give us call letter for interview on our mark basis we choose colleges.if you got less mark in twelfth than you well some low level colleges and same for higher mark achiever they ll get good with best placements
