Dislikes

The inconsistent quality of faculty members sometimes hindered a seamless learning experience, affecting the depth of understanding in certain subjects.
While the college offered a range of opportunities, there seemed to be room for improvement in effectively communicating and guiding students towards these prospects.
The campus life, though vibrant, occasionally felt overwhelming due to a lack of well-structured events and activities, leading to missed chances for students to engage and connect.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it had the highest cutoff. There are plenty of faculty for each student. But they are mostly contractual. Faculty are mostly mtech from different nit or the same college. Term exam were on time and very strict and followed the blooms taxonomy.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 36000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are fairly constant and affordable. You wouldn't have to sell your land to get an admission. It's mostly the same as the the fees for your jee coaching. If your score well, you can get a scholarship of 10000 rupees.

Campus Life

Annual fest is called xtasy. It's held every year. It's good. Books are plentiful but the process to issue is damn hard. Classrooms are okayish. Smart classrooms are good but they are never opened. Clubs are highly active.

Admission

Cutoff is 60000 for CSE. For other branches cutoff goes beyond 1lakh. Counselling is done through OJEE portal. Yes, reservation benefits are available. Admission process is similar to Josaa. It's full proof.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple. I did apply for VSSUT Burla but could not clear the cutoff. Also i would like to add on this that i did a better job in choosing the seat here .
