The college has a good reputation and the faculty members are highly qualified. The course curriculum is also up-to-date and relevant to the industry. The faculty: student ratio at Doranda College is good. There are about 150 students per faculty member in the B.Sc. (IT) department. This ensures that the faculty members are able to give individual attention to their students. The qualifications of the faculty members at Doranda College are excellent. Most of the faculty members have PhDs in their respective fields. They are also experienced in teaching and research.

The fee structure in Doranda College is affordable. The fees for undergraduate courses range from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000 per year. The fees for postgraduate courses range from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per year. The college does not have a fixed fee hike policy. The college conducts an entrance exam for admission to some of its UG courses. The entrance exam is usually held in the month of September. The cut-off for the entrance exam is released by the college after the exam is conducted.
