What Students Say

Likes

Study environment and seriousness as well as competitive.
Faculties are good but you should know you have to approach them.
Placements are generally better so it's a good option.

Dislikes

Apart from studies , environment is not so good.
Canteen is locked at night and restrictions are there , it limits and ruins the collective college life.
Sports facilities are limited and less enthusiasts.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of placement and job opportunities. Faculties are sufficient and well in the branch. Well-qualified and verified teachers. At first, it will be difficult to co-operate but I have to admit it's not that easy to pass, basically strict.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are good and good companies like Google Cloud are approached and most of them are non-paid I guess but you can choose your own for the internship. Projects are based on your branch studies and interest.

Placement Experience

I guess from 6 or 7 semesters basically 3rd-year placements are available. Most of the companies visit such as Google and ms but no. Students in big companies are less obvious. For the highest package and related details, it's better you should visit the website for accuracy. Most of the students are placed. Job after BTech but let's see.

Fees and Financial Aid

As a part of the SSC (self-sustaining course) cost seems to be high but it's not as compared to private institutes. I have not enjoyed any scholarship because of the annual income of the family but if eligible you will get some.

Campus Life

Fests are ok and there are events not monthly but sometimes. Books are available but honestly, the library can improve. You can take part in sports if you wish, not every game is played daily but you can gather some and play. Clubs are run only by students.

Admission

Eligibility - appeared jee or ojee(odisha jee) exam. Application form on the official website. Reservation benefits are on the official website. Admission process is ok, could have been totally online but I think it's necessary to be offline to some extent to avoid malpractice.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

We specifically study about circuit analysis and electrical machines in our electrical engineering. In laboratory we study about how electrical machines work in different circuits and different connections. We also study about analog electronics circuit. We are tested in our laboratory to perform practicals. We are also given assignments and questioned well in our viva to prepare us for our future campus selections. The question paper is equally difficult to make us ready for seminars and project preparation.

An Honest Review of My college Experience

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited to our college like Tata,Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture etc . Our highest package in computer science is 1200000 per annum and Average package is 500000 per annum. Percentage of students getting placement is actually varies by year and course and average 40 to 50% students get the placement offers . My plan is qualifying gate with a good rank and do my higher study mtech.

This university has a higher rate in providing placement to the students.approximate eighty percentage of students getting campus.i had also got a campus in my final year.From the forth semester students gets a chance to sit in a campus test .There are lots of national and international companies visited to this university they give a lot of offer to the students.The average offer package by the companies are three lakhs a year.

I gave SET for Symbiosis Pune and viteee..I was getting a seat in symbiosis Pune in cse branch..
