All about my college ( GECR)

The course curriculum is awesome and this college follows gtu, Gujrat Technological University (GTU). All faculty members are highly skillful and have better capabilities to teach and handle us. All members cleared gpsc and most had cleared masters in a particular field, often exams are taken timely with gtu timetable.

Internship starts for every semester from the 6th sem in which the 6th sem has 15 days, the 7th sem has 30 days and the last semester is only for internships. Students are given opportunities to do internships they can also select their own company and they can also do in companies offered by colleges. All semesters have one subject which is design engineering in which one has to prepare a model.

Placement here is okay. Different branches have different placement cells and all are working hardly to have placements of students. Companies like Reliance, infotech, TCS, and other local companies of Rajkot came. The highest package offered till now is 12LPA and the lowest is 1.50LPA.

It is a government Engineering College so its fees are absolutely nothing as said. 850 per semester for boys and 0 fees for girls even admission process fall under 3k. I am studying here absolutely for 2 years and didn't see any hike in fees. Yeah, it has all scholarships of the state and central government.

Life at government Engineering College is very good and all maintain a positive environment with no raging. I can say that most of the colleges in Gujrat have no ragging .in government Engineering College every department has its different library with most books available in it.

I am living at the government Engineering College hostel which is allocated to students on a merit basis each semester. One room is for 3 people which has 2 fans and 3 tub lights with study tables and a bed. The mess system here is very bad if you leave in the hostel, you have to search for a good meal.

I didn't give any entrance exam, I had completed a diploma in automobile from a private college. Through that result of my final year, I got admission to this college with the acpc website. Yeah, it has Reservation facilities and my friends own that and take benefits.
