Course Curriculum Overview

3

There are many opportunities after bsc (hons) as one can opt for a master's and private companies also hire fresh graduates at decent pay. The faculty-student ratio is near about 1:55. Faculty are well qualified and have good experience in teaching with proper knowledge. The institution is very crisp in timely conducting exams and there is never a delay for even one day.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Some companies visited colleges for internships for final-year students. There was both paid as well unpaid internship. The stipend paid was 10-20k. Companies that visited the college were mother dairy, Sudha Dairy, and Chambal Fertilizers.

Placement Experience

2

Placement offers are very low for this package offerred and are also not up to the mark. For the dairy sector and agriculture, some seed companies and dairy companies visit like mother dairy. Max .20% got placement. After graduation, I am preparing for government exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is one of the most affordable colleges and the fee is nearly about 3000/semester for most undergraduate courses. For other post-graduation courses, it doesn't go beyond 8k / semester. Scholarship is provided by the state government which reimburses the fee paid by students.

Campus Life

3.5

There is no fest in the college. Though many cultural and other curriculum activities are organized periodically. The college has a central library with a vast collection of books and journals. Even the internet and desktop are there for students. Class rooms are just basic. Sports day event is organized yearly by the college. Clubs are there for various activities.

Admission

For graduation courses eligibility is 10+2 and for diplomas, it is 10th only. Application forms are available on Dayalbagh Educational Institute's official website(dei.ac.in). Admission forms are available from the months of April & May. As per government norms, reservation is there for different classes which are mentioned in the admission notification those having co-curriculum activities can bring certificates during the interview process. For the admission process, there is an entrance test followed by an interview process. After that merit list is released.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I opt PCM in my intermediate, and to continue my studies in mathematics I choose this course. In our college, there are at least 3 professors for a single paper on a subject and every professor teaches a class of at least 120 students. They are highly educated as most of them have done Ph.D. in a particular topic from renowned universities. In every semester we go through an internal exam and an end semester exam internal exam of mathematics is done at least 2 months before the end semester and practical exams of physics and chemistry are done at the time of the end semester exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course based upon my interest in this field. The faculty to student ratio isnt great as there are very few professors for a batch of over 100 students. The curriculum for the 2023-2026 batch has been revised and it includes more practical based subjects which is a major improvement. All semester exams require a faculty feedback form to be filled for the admit cards to be generated. The difficulty level of exams has been medium right from first semester till the last semester.
