Our Faculty are supportive and clarify our doubts.
The Auditorium is very huge and they conduct many student activities.
Our college provides various courses in CSE

Dislikes

The stationary is bad, there is no room for everyone.
I think there should be a development in cafeteria area.
It doesn't provide seperate rooms for atheltes and players.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum in our college is very standard. The college management has shown high standards which are equal to the NIT curriculum. The Faculty is very good and highly educated. Even though in engineering we should take responsibility and work hard.

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides versatile MNCs for placement. It's our responsibility to get placed. It provides a decent package but we should be able to crack the jobs and get placed. On average, they provide a package of 6lpa for all.

Placement Experience

In the 6 semester students are eligible for placements. The college provides a median package of 7lpa it also provides good MNCs. An average student can get a good package. The highest package of our college is 44lpa and it varies every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fee structure of our college is very affordable. Our college also provides many internships, scholarships, etc. The stipend for internships is around 5k. On-campus placements are really good which are around 8-10LPA.

Campus Life

Our college infrastructure is really good. The greenery around the campus is very pleasant. The classrooms are spacious. The central attraction of our college is the library and the auditorium. There are many clubs, groups that are very active.

Hostel Facilities

There's an anti-ragging squad in the hostel. The seniors are not allowed to rag the juniors but there's an interaction with them. The food in the mess is quite good. There's an indoor and outdoor room for playing games.

Hostel Fee: INR 90000 per year

Admission

We can get admission to our college through TS-EAMCET or our college also provides a management quota which is around 10-12 in the Data Science dept. For CSE it might be around 14lakhs. The fee structure for the qualified students is around 90K.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I felt that entire curriculum needs to be changed, since there are many useless subjects that are irrevalant to software engineering in CSE. I also felt subjects like c,c++, java needs to be replaced with python and web development subject should be replaced with something like nextjs. Initially I thought the syllabus and curriculum was good untill 3rd year of my Btech degree. The curriculum of jntuh is outdated in terms of real world. Teaching methods are ok though it needs minor improvements in some areas. The frequency of exams is same, you get semester exams and supply exams , you will have more chances to clear you backlogs, my advice is to clear backlogs in same year or try not getting any backlogs in engineering. timing of exams is usually after every 6 months out of which we usually have 180 or more working classes days. And in between we get sundays, holidays,events and other things. Semester exams are difficult especially subjects like mathematics or electronic subjects like ADE, which is irrelavant to CS.

Right Iam in 7 th semester ending,no company came to our college to recruit us.May be in 8 th sem companies will come.My seniors got in some companies like TCS, Infosys,Capgemini etc..with an average of 3.6 lpa.And all students did not get placed just 10 students in each class got placement.We need more placements to satisfy the students.

Placement Experience:

After the third year or 6th Semester you can take part in placements. There has been a lack of companies visiting this year. So far Infosys, accenture, cognizant, LSEG, Verisk have come for placements. The details are unknown to all the people but the highest package yet has been around 16-20 LPA. The Percentage of students getting placed is less compared to previous years around 20-30%

Unveiling Excellence- My Experience at IIT Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Various companies like Google, Microsoft, Amaazon, Facebook, Uber, Ola, visisted and made around 300 offers in total, The highest package offered was 90LPA to a student from CSE and the avg Package was around 20 LPA Around 50% of the students got the placement this year. My plans after getting this degree would be moving abraod for a Masters Degree.

In Emacet exam your rank matters a lot and also your caste, basically even if you get like nice rank or like the worst trunk if you have like a reservations, you can easily get a good colleges for example I am a student I have. I got like 27,379 Rank and my ST friend got 40,789 and she also got the same course as me and she even has a scholarship.
