Likes

All the laboratories are well equipped especially the computer labs.
There are variety of clubs where we join and develop our skills
The technology innovation incubation centre and ecell and edam plays a crucial role in developing student start ups.

Dislikes

The ambience and space of the campus is not quite good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very effective here, we are taught Only the important and industry-oriented courses. Most of the teachers have phd degrees and are quite knowledgeable in their respective fields. There are around 25 students per teacher. Exams are not very difficult to pass. With sincere efforts, we can score well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 101000 per year

Placement Experience

Just after completion of the third year, we are eligible for sitting in campus placements. Almost 35 companies visit every year including Toshiba, Amazon, epam, Accenture, Deloitte, tcs etc. Highest package last year is 17 lpa from Amazon and the average is around 6lpa, almost 70? of students geta placed and we can start start-ups with the help of the centre in the college

Fees and Financial Aid

Previously the tuition fee was 90000 and last year they hiked 10000 more. Now it is 101000 rupees. Considering the value of the Institute it is reasonable. We can avail of scholarships from the ts government from 35000 to full fee reimbursement.

Campus Life

There will be an annual day program, traditional day, and fresher programs apart from technical fests. All the scientific journals are available in the library including IEEE content. Classrooms are a little congested but equipped with fans and a tv. There are no grounds in the college. Many clubs are there like sports, nss, edam, Ecell, compendium etc.

Admission

We can get admission by clearing the ts eamcet exam and based on the cut-offs for various categories and reservations we will get admission into the courses offered here. We can register in ts eamcet online and the whole process is quite seamless.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.
