AN OLD STUDENT REVIEW FROM ABDUL KALAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNLOGICAL SCIENCE KOTHAGUDEM

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

Actually I had paid the yearly fees of Rs.30000 per year, by adding registration fee of Rs.5000.But we have paid the other additional fee for materials which are provided by the campus.The fee of our batch mates was dont know but almost some of the candidates are came through donation and other are came through reservation quota including me.I had studies under SC reservation quota under EPASS scholarship and those days had a free college bus for selected students who are under middle class studies which is availed me also.There are so many types of scholarship for students on that but only MERIT scholarship and EPASS scholarships are available for the students and for the 1st year fee we didn't recieve the fee because scholarship fund will get into that year for everystudent.

The fest conducted at the college after the 6months it was very memorable and from our branch also conducted a subject oriented fare which was very highlighted in my academic career. My batchmates and faculties were kept more interesting to be succesfull of that event. Well coming to anual day we are not able to conduct those instead we recieved freshers party from my seniors and gave it to my juniors too.Also celebrated farewell with my juniors we are very pleased to have them as juniors. Also my campus conducted a sports meet for every batch for every year.

Actually i opted only this college to need better knowledge from my native place it is located 7.2kms from my home.So i travelled it through a free bus.So the admission process are done through a entrance exam named EAMCET.I got a eligible rank to study in this college and the admission process are very good.

The relationship about faculty and student was good except some faculty the remaining faculty teaching was very nice.My favorite faculty named venkata ramana sir we calling as nickname "nanna" sir. He was a man who punishes me every time with his words and actions to put me into right way in his subject like that i had achieved his subject name Mathematics-I 3years his passed away and my sincere condolence always towards him. The faculty of MPMC subject was very bored he's explanation does'nt understand for everyone but he's character is good.Actually we have 4 semister to clear the Engineering some of the subjects like Mathematics-1 was almost tough but i got a backlogs from electronics subjects they are very hard to understand.Almost my friends are passed out the Engineering with struggling including me. So the JNTU university correction very scare and confusable to all the Engineering students.

My campus was shut down at evening 5o clock so we doesn't have night college only day shift campus. There is no gym facilty but had a canteen where the food taste meets very good.Thats or break area too.Had a hostel for ladies and gents who are came from long.The campus environment was very clean at night no need to worry about it. Inside and outside campus were kept cleanly but should know about faculty teaching
