If not Kmit , KMEC is the solution

Since i didn't get KMIT i had applied for this college as i got to know it was offering the same learnings like kmit. The internal exams are conducted for every months and the semester exams are conducted for every 5 to 6 months. The college also provides students various learning concepts like project , finishing,foudation schools. The students can build up projects from the 2nd year only.

The internship roles include software developer, full stack developers, ui/ux developers. Recently a company named turtil have also visited the college to provide internship . The average stipend could range between 10k to 20 k per month.

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

The college fees per year is 72500 including the library fees.The bus fees has to be paid seperately , which is based on the student's bus stop. students with scholarship eligibility based on caste reservation , merit rank can avail the fees reimbursement of half or complete reimbursement , accordingly.

There are very limited number of events held in the collge. they are held during sankranthi, july and during dussera. There is huge library having many books,journals from where the students can study.There are number of clubs like music ,dance, photography in which the students can join. There is also good scope for both indoor and outdoor sports within hte college. There also sports events held representing OU.

I chose this college because it was focusing more on carrer building and student learning which most of the colleges don't implly with as per i know.Through eamcet, merit basis the students can get admission into this college. The other colleges i had applied were Kmit,Ngit,Anurag but i couldn't get admission in those due to my eamcet rank wasn't meting their cutoff. But since this college was providing the similar education like kmit and ngit , i chose this college. Being a part of the keshav memorial education society and handled by Neil Gogte sir , i was very humbled to join.

There is seperate faculty for each subject. The faculty are very friendly with the students.They ensure to get our doubts clarified. The faculty also ensures to help the students to understand the subjects other than their own subject. There are 2 mids,2 internal labs and external exams conducted per semester. The semester exams are conducted by OU which are a bit hard to pass for all students.

There are no specific famous hangout places around the college. There are number of food stalls and canteen from where the students and faculty could eat. There is no gym facility and hostel in the college. There are few pg rooms and hostels around the college.
