Remarks

The surroundings of the campus gives us a homely feeling. People here treat new comers well. In terms of security college maintains high standards without any compromise.

Entrance Preview

Entrance will be based on JEE Mains . It is for 360 marks. All India rank will be allotted based on marks scored. No interview for B.Tech admissions. I am pursuing Civil Engineering here. I have no idea on it until coming here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course contains 4 years of theory as well as practicals. You need to achieve all credits offered in order to pass. Grading will be based of Semester Grade points on relative basis.

Internships Opportunities

Unfortunately there is no compulsion for internship. It's your choice whether to go on an internship or stay back at home. But professors help enthusiastic students to get internships. Many companies are coming for internships along with placements. The ToP cell deals with them

Placement Experience

In terms of placements software companies contribution is heavy. Core companies of civil and mechanical too visit for placements but of low number. Management companies also started accepting B.Tech students of this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For out batch (2015-19) it is 35000 INR per semester towards tuition fee. Hostel and food will be charged around 20000 per semester.

Faculty here are awesome. Believe me professors in civil engineering are the best all over the country. It has a wealth of amazing professors and other faculty. Labs here are rich in machinery infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would 3 out of 5 because only the basic they thought in every college while getting the job they ask advance concept but I can that the course curriculum has improved now and they are preparing students for further jobs. The course includes the subject which is necessary to get job.while I was studying the exam timing for us is 3hrs

Placement Experience:

from 4th year students get eligible for placement but so far i heard we dont get a good placement through our college its very rare 1/100 that a student get good placement or else basic wardboy job after getting this degree am gonna go through other courses so i get heaviness in my resume for jobs like trendy course devops coding or Artificial intelligence

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Pros and cons of nitw

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester the students are getting ppo , it's obvious because of nirf of nitw and top placements are here only. Around 80 percent of students are placed if we skip the biotech branch because they all go for higher studies Highest package was 88lpa last year and the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is about 13lpa I want to go for tech placements and want a package of 30 lpa that's enough for me

We will be eligible to the placemenst in the 4rth year only. Till that we should maintain the good CGPA. There will be certain cretrerias like min 60% of acedemics etc which will be mentioned by the company not by the college. The college will help you in the CRT from the 2nd year itself. last year the highets package is around 7.5. companies like cognizant, infosys, accenture will visit and offers decent package, other companies will aslo visit but offers less package like 2.4 and 4.2 etc
