- Entry at the main door, you have to take permission if you fail to enter before 11 PM
- Attendance being 100% becomes too hectic that even at the time of serious problem one has to bear too much
- Placements can be made more better by changing the time of Summer internship process
Course Curriculum Overview
My educational background aligns with it and my family is in social service as we have our NGO hence I want to get my future in it and hence choose IRMA Good ratio, Very approachable, even students call them at night to discuss anything and they all discuss with politely especially Mr. Hippu Salk Kristle Nathan Ph.D. holders with intense research works, consulted companies, deep knowledge, and make class very interactive with case-based learning, assignments Every subject had a marks distribution like 5% for Class participation, 20% for Class tests, 30% for assignments, 20% for mid-term, and 25% for end term; no. os test was decided by the teacher after knowing the interest of students and was planned accordingly.
Internships Opportunities
FMCG- Market research; BFSI- Market/Product research; Development sector- Field visits, observation, and improvements; NDDB- Market Research average stipend was 32000 per month while some offered 50000 per month and ICICI offered 85000 per month+ relocation cost.
Placement Experience
In the first week of January, we have our placements and I guess it was mid of 5th term. Amul, Dabur, PI Industries, Godrej, Mother Dairy, Papeboat, Drools, ICICI, AXIS, HDFC, IDFC, IDBI, NDDB, Banas Dairy, and 140 companies and I guess 400-something offers were made. highest 22.5 lpa HDFC took 10-12 students, and the average is 15.6 LPA. 100%, working with Mother Dairy.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year it hikes depending on the expenditure they are making as it is about to become a university hence it will decrease gradually since the ROI is 0.98 or say 1 hence it is not much of an issue to pay such fees. IDFC first Bak scholarship, TFW, Alumni scholarship, and many more industry scholarships keep on floating via mail. Almost all types of profiles are offered, HR, Consulting, Sales and Marketing, Risk Analyst, Product manager, etc.
Campus Life
Milaap- Alumni Meet, Sangharsh-sports, CEO conclave, ICON talk- across the year, TAS, Foundation day etc. very big library, ample of books, journals, newspapers, reports, e-library, e-jounals, magaznies, etc. 120 students capacity classroom, too much space, comfortable, AC, ventilation, camberas, Neat & Clean, mic facility, smartboard, podium everything. Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball, basketball, football, pool, chess, gym, too many sports depending on your interest. Melanomics-singing, laaysa-dancing, poshan- juice, healthy, parivartan- development/NGO, java-organic farming club, Jigyasa-quiz, and many more.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are named as blocks A, B, ...P(newest block), all the hostels have single occupancy rooms while P block is for executives and here few PRM students use to stay which have to life 2 in one room. P block rooms have a bathroom attached in their room with RO, King Size bed, in short, 1 bhk fully furnished flat while other blocks have 1 single room, table, balcony, etc. Food of mess is of mess but better than UG's mess; Menu is decided by the mess committee which is run by students and the menu is decided after the discussion with students. Residential program and hence included in fees.
Admission
Min. Graduation IRMA website, linking, advertisement, Form fee - INR 1500-2500, End of November to Jan mid. Category-wise reservation, Gender wise diversity marks & profile-based different cutoff ( Gen 80%ile for male-profile, 85%ile for male non-profile). GD should be included as it helps in getting a list of a person as a whole which was not there in the past 4 admission process
Interview Experience
No GD in 2020,21,22, and 23; Interview questions;- Introduction, Why mba after M.tech, Why IRMA, What your NGO do, How studying from IRMA will help you to add value to your NGO, Hobbies, what kind of songs you sing, some basic questions from singing and done was approx 25-30 mins interview Application form->%ile cutoff release-> IRMASAT (2021) or WAT (2022 & 2023)- > Interview-> result declaration->waitlist movement till the end of July.
