The students became eligible for placements from the 3rd semester and the companies started to come in mid of 3rd semester. the highest package is of 11 lakhs and average package is of 6 lakh. 90% of students are placed until now and it is expected to be 100% placement. The out carricular activities are also present in the college and the students are participating in the activities as well. Teachers need to work on the mode of teaching like the classes timing are not fixed and some teachers need to work on the subject properly. The time duration is very low with exams and some exams are continuously going on in the college.

Placement happens in the fifth trimester, IRMA has a track record of 100% placements every year. The average package is around 15 lpa. Some of the major companies are NDDB, Amul, Mother Dairy, ITC, Baif, Axis bank, ICICI Bank etc.

The campus placements are right after the fourth term of college. The basic package average is 15 lakh per annum and highest package last year was 33 lakhs for Wipro. The big companies like ITC Coramandel LDC Groupobimbo Cipla and many Banks such as ICICI , AXIS and Development sector companies like Nandi Ltd, Dr Reddy's, Grant thorton , Baif and many other big companies come for the placements, Placements are also done directly to Amul,NDDB , Banas Diary , Milma etc. Many companies such as NPCI, ITC, Flipkart have also offered PPOs in the last few years. Some have even bagged pre placement interviews through several competitions held through Unstoppable. There is a 100% placement history every year even though the last year economy and market conditions were bad there was a 100% placements both in finals as well as during summer internship time . as of now the campus provide 100% placement with decent packages. The campus is visited by recruiters from BFSI, FMCG, CONSULTING, CSR etc. The campus also provide internship placements with decent stipends.

The students are eligible for campus placements after the 5th term. The major recruiters are amul, nddb, ey, godrej, adani wilmar, tata steel, hdfc, icici, axis bank, delloite, baif and so on. The highest package this year was 32 lpa and the lowest was 9.5 lpa. 100% of the students are placed from all the batches. After getting the degree I plan on getting a good placement and working my way up the ladder.

The campus placements are good . For our internship our whole batch of 300 got placed in 10 days and in different domains which is diverse. And as we have seen our seniors there is 100 placement which average of 15 lac and highest is around 29 lacs.

After 4th Term ends placement starts, placement cell provides atmost help throughout the process, we have fmcg, fmcd, business also most all brands good Indian names and some mncs as well. Highest package was 32 Lakhs and average is around 15-16 lakhs with 100%placement, I also join a good company

Placements are pretty good, even in the tough recession periods where it's getting hard for other colleges to get their students placed, IRMA did pretty good in that, almost all of our senior batch students are placed by the end of the February month

So usulally in irma you find companies paying 10 to 11 lakhs as fixed and the variable pay is around 3 lakhs so most of the studemts in irma you will find lie in the range of 14-16 lakhs rupees.Minimum is 9 lakhs mostly all is fixed
