- Faculties - Clearly one of the best faculties despite of any domain.
- Infrastructure - Huge lush green campus which helps the students to relax and spend a good time with friend.
- Culture - I really really liked the overall culture of the college. The way they maintain the same from the first day its truly different and healthy. No ragging No certain negative behavior from seniors, faculties or any higher level individual.
Dislikes
- ROI - As per ROI i don't think it claim rightly in their marketing campaigns. Location
- Location - Location is bit on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. For main city vibes you have to travel a lot.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are bit tough cause you will be getting continous assignments for the same so along with the assingments you have to be prep for your exams. With the assingments you will get alot of different industry experience within your Curriculam.
Internships Opportunities
Many company for different domain comes to college for giving internship oppurtunaties. Alonngside you will be alloted an internship mentor too who will be guiding you throughout the process. Also will help you to make your SIP report will help out for your mock interveiws, exams everything. And the most exciting part is The mentor will be one of your faculty.
Placement Experience
Placements are offered highly as per the course fees and many MNC s also come for placements. For top recruters you can check the brochure once of the college. You will get an idea of which type if companies come out for placements for different domain.
Fees and Financial Aid
At our time the college fees was around 8,00,000 yearly for PGDM Dual Specialization course. For MBA they offer two kinds one is quantative finance and the other one is MBA+PGPCE program both costing are different quantative finance is bit on higher side around 13-14 maybe and for MBA+PGPCE its same as PGDM which also gives different kind of extented perks along with the General MBA from Gujrat Technological University(GTU).
Campus Life
I have been part of the Student council member and also there are multiple clubs which you can join according to your interest. My campus life was super good with loads of memories. And as I have mentioned earlier the culture is very good so you will enjoying every bit of your campus life.
Admission
I have choosed clearly because of the faculties and the culture that NBS carries and also heard about the same from different seniors who have already passed from the college before. Admission process 1. NBSAT - You have to give one personal Mat level exam and 70 percent should be minimum score to proceed for GD. 2. GD - If you have performed well you will be processing for PI. 3. PI - After PI you will be getting the results and could get selected for the college.
Faculty
So Basically for Dual specialization you will be giving 6 semester each spanning 3 months. On first month you will be learning all the basics of MBA courses then on second year you will be opting for your specialization and accordingly faculties. But one thing at our time was we use to have the best faculties despite of the domains which we have choosed. I hope NBS have maintained the same legacy till now and also for future too.
Interview Experience
Yes I have Mentioned earler. Every rounds. My interveiw went well as being from an commerece background and after doing BBA could be able to handle different question of the GD and PI both. No need to take too much stress for the same just be good with your acadameics previously you have done.
Night Life
Gym Cafeterias are there but you can access them till eve as its bit in outskirts area I recommend not to roam in Night much as its not bit safe. Our college use to start from 10:30 ans use to last till 5:30.
