Course Curriculum Overview

I had chosen the course as I was keen to learn more about it. All the faculty are friendly and maintain a professional relationship with the students and are always there to help them out in any case. Almost all of the faculties are of IIT pass out and few of them have a PhD and are very much informative about the subjects they teach. As the degree was of 4 years, it will be divided into 8 sems where yearly 2 sem exams are conducted and is kind of difficult in the first year but gets easier for you with time depending upon the effort you put in.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is pretty much okay compared to the fee of other courses in the college and yearly varies a little depending upon the admission request for a particular course. Basic scholarships are available for which you can apply thru college or on your own.

Campus Life

Life on the campus is pretty much good and various activities sports and cultural programs will be conducted so that students can involve very much with each other and get together. There are various opportunities for you thru sports if you get selected there are chances that you can move forward with it and you'll get support through college. there is a team called SAC which is the student association council takes all the major responsibilities during yearly cultural programs and so on

Admission

The admission process was smooth, you can take two entrance exams i.e CET and COMEDK for to get eligibility for the college and then after the counselling process, you'll have options of 3 rounds where you can choose any of the colleges that you are eligible and want to apply if your score is within the cut-off.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

The main reason behind I opted this college is that I am a native of Davangere and also this college gives the numerous placements as I received from the seniors. I also apllied for BVB college, but my first preference is BIET. Compared to BVB, Biet provides huge placements than BIET. But due to my family concern I opted this college. I have no rejection from any of the colleges as my rand is low(9590) which I have got many top colleges. But due to some reasons I sticked to BIET. Admission of the students is done through exams like CET, COMEDK and also management. Most of the students come through CET and the cutoff for CET is around 25000.
