There is a techno-managerial course that makes top-class engineers world-class. The course curriculum mainly focussed on the supply chain and operations domain since the college is known as the Mecca of supply chain. The faculties are highly qualified and supportive and lucidly explained concepts. The assessments given by them help a lot to understand complex concepts.

Great and prestigious companies like P&G, J&J, Pidilite, HUL, Kearney, Accenture, etc come to campus for internship opportunities with an average stipend of 1 lakh ( or more) and college is eligible for almost all corporate competitions like HUL lime.

Summer Internship placements are done within three months of joining the college and many students get PPOed. Those who won't get PPOed, have to sit for placements in December. For detailed average packages, and types of companies visiting one can check the website.

The fee is nominal when compared to other government institutions while the average packages are comparable to Old IIMs. The ROI is excellent when it comes to NITIE. Various scholarships are updated from time to time through the mail and students can go through the brochure to know about it. The campus placement is 100%.

The campus is known as God's Own Campus as it is full of greenery and peace. Life on campus is vibrant and great. There are various social and cultural events hosted on the campus. The events keep the people engaged in the activities and make the person well acquainted with skills.

Hostels are good and are double seated. Watercoolers and washing machines are installed on every floor. Mess food is there as per the nominal rate. Cleaning is also done daily basis in rooms. There are 2 canteens for snacking and are open at night also.

I am a student in the PGDIE course. I find the application form, application fee, and application dates from my Btech college committees and alums. I belong to General Category. I find the admission process quite good and easygoing.

For admission, one has to appear for the GATE exam to get admission to the PGDIE program and the CAT exam for admission to the PGDIM program. One more program PGDSM has the criteria of qualifying for either the GATE or CAT. Once the application is submitted the shortlist for GD/PI is released and one has to appear for them.
