I chose the course because I love this subject very much. The faculties are highly qualified, many of them are doctors with sufficient knowledge and extracurricular activities, and also some are writers.

Internships Opportunities

As a part of the FIFA World Cup 2022, the selected students of the Bachelor of Tourism and hotel management got an internship at Qatar with a stipend. The college heartily congratulated them. Some were at Sharjah University.

Fees and Financial Aid

For one year we have to pay the exam fees for two semesters and also to pay about 2000. post matric, CH Muhammad Koya scholarship, and Management scholarship for the financially backward students of each department.

Campus Life

College day in March.Highly availability of books and journals in the broad Library. Footballers got the opportunity to play in big teams and won the championship. Haritha is one of the social groups.

Admission

The twelfth pass in any subject can be eligible for it. The application form can find on the official website, with a fee of RS 460. community reservation seat is availed at the time of admission. The improvement I want to see in the admission process is to low the admission fee with equal rights.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is suitable for the modern age of teaching,the way of education is well balanced with projects, assignments, presentations and also notes .we have reading assignments where the faculty members ask us to read an entire book and give our review on it.the exams are quiet moderate and in my opinion teachers should use more ai tools as a learning aid which will be more effective for the students

Great life from college

Placement Experience:

From the last semester pass out we a re eligible for the campus recruitment for job or placement. So many companies visit us for the interview or some checking like , hero honda , maruti suzuki etc. the main reason for it was a low amount of budget is that get from this placement maybe 15 thousand let month ect. Only the company can take the students for it so the percentage of the students who getting placement will change in every year. My plan was to get an admission in the central government University for doing master of degree in History. And try the best exam called upsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many aspects of the curriculum that infulenced my decision to choose BA English Literature in St. Berchmans College. Their syllabus is far more challenging and interesting than what other colleges and universities offer in Kerala. The examinations and overall assessment of projects and grades are top-tier and is comparatively difficult to obtain. The course steadily provides good quality information and knowledge on English Litearture and readies the student to be more than qualified for further studies in English Literature or any related courses. The areas where they can improve in the course curriculum is through availing more optional courses such as various other language courses/philosophy related courses to be selected. Their teaching environment can also be improved by improving basic infrastructure in the classrooms such as airflow etc. They conduct their exams freequently and on time. The examinations are challenging but necessary for overall improvement in students
