This university is doing its best to model the students into the ideal men required to excel in the field of engineering

I applied to my university and attended the interview as there is no entrance exam to my university. All the admissions are given on the basis of interview round. I selected CSC course and based on my interview marks i was alloted a seat in CSC.

I choose CSC as i was interested in computer engineering. The course curriculum was good an it mainly focus on the practical experience rather than bookish knowledge. In every semester we need to submit a project in each subject, which carries some weight-age. There are more lab sessions than theory sessions. From this you can understand the importance my university gives for practical knowledge.Also my university is mentored by Imperial College of London.

Another most important part is that unlike any university in india my university offers internships from the second year itself. Internship is mandatory for every student as it is a part our course curriculum. there are some credits assigned to internship in each semester.

There are no placements for B,tech batch till now. Our first batch will graduate this year. So we have to wait and watch for the placements.

67th milestone is the biggest event that is conducted every year by my university and it lasts for 1 week.It involves cultural shows, technical shows, And many other events. My university arranges interaction section with many eminent personalities.

The tuition fee is nearly 2.1 lakhs per annum. The hostel fee is nearly 1 laks and the mess, laundry and medical facilities costs arround 60,000 INR. The approximate fee after including all the facilities is arround 4.20 lakhs.

Loan is given at a very low rates. My university also gives scholarship to students based on Jee mains rank and board scores.

There are many clubs in the campus which encourages students different fields of their interests. Almost every week we have some or the other activities going on in our campus. Lotus fest is conducted to inculcate the sportive spirit among the students of different universities

The best thing in my campus are the hostels. The hostels are constructed in such a way that they give you a feeling of living in your own house.They are well furnished and maintained. The hostels are maintained by Sodexo. There are three types of rooms. they are Single , double and triple sharing rooms.

The exams don't lay burden over the students and it is a chill culture over here. There is maximum weight age for internals and there is continuous assessment which makes the students task easier. Relative grading system is followed in my college.

The faculty are well qualified and has good experience in the field of teaching. They personally interact with students and find out the problems and try to sort them out. The faculty also lives in the campus and the students have thee facility to interact with them anytime. Most of the faculty are PhD holders from reputed universities.
