I chose this course specifically because of it's more computer-oriented course structure. What a Btech student learn in 4 years you can learn in 3years. So if you are a very brilliant student with the capability of learning everything yourself go for it. Faculty-student ratio is something around 1:70 for every subject there is one teacher on 70 students and in some subjects 1 teacher on 140 students. Faculty is highly qualified and are excellent in their fields. Teaching methods are not so good I will say you need to rely on yourself for better learning and self-learning is a must for fast growth and competition. Though there are some teachers on whom you can rely solely because they teach exceptionally well. Exams were timely as scheduled in the academic calendar. If you studied and attended all the classes then exams are not so tough I will say.

No internship is offered by the college. However, you can get it through teachers' contacts and among students. All though there is a planning of in campus internship program. You can get quite good exposure to the social clubs and societies of the college. They follow a proper interview procedure.

Yes, the college provides the placement in the final year i.e. for the 3-year course you become eligible in the 5th semester for placements. There are a variety of companies visiting the college. Some are IBM, TCS, WIPRO, AZURE, INFOSYS, and so on. The highest Package is I guess around 17-18LPA. The average is around 3-4LPA. A very large number of students have placed in Computer Science the stats are of 100% Placement. I am thinking of an off-campus placement with distance learning MCA as you can get far better packages after BCA in off-campus placements.

The cost to study is ok it's not that high but not that low even. Some colleges provide the same course at more reduces rate but the thing you will not same exposure there you will be getting fewer opportunities. If you are general or OBC you will not be getting a scholarship or a very less amount of scholarship to any of the government schemes. No paid internship is provided by the college till now. But they are preparing for it in the future.

No such fest are organized till now. So I don't have much idea. But I guess Sanskriti Surabhi organized in November and December is an annual fest. Also, other big and small events continuously happen at the University. Books and journals are appropriately available in the library if not available you can just submit your name to the librarian as soon as the book is available you will get a call about the same. Classrooms are fully furnished with high-quality benches lights and fans. No such problem is there. Sports and extracurricular activities happen regularly in college. You may even get a chance to appear at the state level through college. All the groups mentioned hereby are run by students on the behalf of teachers. TPC ( Training and Placement Cell) E-Cell(Entrepreneurship Cell) and many more.

You must be having Maths or Computer in your Class 12. You have to give the Lucknow University's Entrance Exam for getting admission into BCA. All the details are available on the official website of Lucknow University from admission dates to registration dates and all the information on the entrance test and detailed information is the brochure is also provided. Reservation is given to OBC, SC, and ST. ST also gets the benefits of Zero Fees. If you are from the general category try to be in the first 100 ranks for admission in the first round. According to me the system was quite good and everything was systematic. I will not say improvement is required but the documents to be brought during the counseling should be informed beforehand so that we can come prepared.
