I like my project guide sir and he was excellent guide ever meet.
Well mannered labs for students to conduct project work

Dislikes

There is not a such bed things about college.
But the thing is some time they are not use to teach lectures.

Course Curriculum Overview

The main reason I got admission in thermal engineering is that was my favorite subject in engineering, the faculties are good at their experience and help students with their knowledge as faculties are Ph.D. holders n some are pursuing Ph.D. All things like papers are conducted timely and it's moderate to difficult exams were sets for students to enhance their potential.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 72000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees were moderate as college was government but it's manageable for students like Gate-qualified students as they get rewarded with a stipend from AICTE for the pg program. Campus drive ware arranged for students as well for few companies.

Campus Life

Prajwalan annual functions were arranged every year for students, as well as sports for students interdepartmental events matches many more. There was a special classroom building there for students to play Indore games and plan for annual events.

Admission

There is an entrance exam call gate for the post-graduation admission process, afterward there is an application for a preferred college, and rounds were happened as per cut-off colleges are allocated for students.

Admission:

Course: Power Electronics, important for renewable energy and electric mobility in near future. IIT Bombay Power Electronics is 3rd best in placement after IISc & IITK. I got admission through BTech GPA and technical interview. The primary mode of admission is through GATE.

If DIAT can provide placements, this is one area where DIAT lacks. Other than this DIAT is a college that is comparable to the IITs, better than NITs for post-graduation courses for sure. Since this college is regarded as one of the DRDO colleges, it provides very good opportunities for research.

Entrance Preview:

To pursue post-graduation in IIT, you have to clear the gate examination. After scoring a good percentile you will get calls from various colleges where you will have to face the interview. I scored 99.5 percentile in the GATE exam and being the best institute for technology, I chose IIT Powai despite being selected for many other IIT.

IITB is heaven

Remarks:

College managements were really good. We were provided the internal bus facility to avail. We also had bus passes because we used to walk a lot within the campus only. I must say that everybody must see the IITB once because it is heaven.
