Likes

The campus infrastructure was the thing most people see while getting their admissions done
The crowd of Amity having people with your likes and all well dressed up gives a sense of familiarity

Dislikes

The teachers being biased for toppers was the worst thing
The amenities promised were not delivered, the wifi wasn't working most of the time

Course Curriculum Overview

By seeing the scope of Economics, I decided to go for this course. There were many faculties present to teach us various subjects, but mostly none of them were helpful because I felt they were biased for the toppers but some teachers were extremely helpful in academic as well as personal problems.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 1075000 per year

Placement Experience

As of this year, only 1-2 companies visited our campus and only I guess 1 student got hired. The company which came was a start-up of amity students itself. You get eligible for placements only after the 6th sem. I plan to take up a job after my degree somewhere in the area of finance

Fees and Financial Aid

My degree would cost around 8 lac, there was a 10% hike every year. There are fewer placement opportunities available as of now. Fees are collected on a very early basis and around 1-2 companies only were there to hire this time

Campus Life

The annual fest i.e. Amity Youth Fest is a bang on, it is an event students look for. Extra curricular activities are available in the college but very fewer teachers guide the process of actively participating in these co-curricular activities. There are clubs like Finance, Entrepreneurship, and drama clubs going on but to be honest they were of no use as they didn't help us with any thing. The classrooms had AC but their time of operation was not very suitable, Wifi is also available but it has a very less speed

Admission

I was asked to make a short video on the Questions given by them on the spot on their website. There were 3 questions out of which 2 were about introducing myself and one was about my core subject i.e. economics in my case.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was an arts student so definitely i would choose to do BA course and up college is the best known college according to me and also it is near my home. I had choose thus curriculum as i love to study BA subjects like political science it takes me to understand the reality of todays political system. Teachings are very good i must say teachers go through every topic and explain it very well. Timing of exams are 2 hour and i think it is enough .

the reason i choose BA because during my scool period and opted arts stream so, here i opted BA beacuse i feel already I learn the basic concepts so i managed it, exam timing are also ok according to my mid semester but i don't have any ideas of the timing of final semester

Ideal university information and individual preferences

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like ancient history of India because it interesting for me as well My batchmates. Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very useful for me in civil services examination because Optional subject remains important in Upsc examination and if u are already pursuing a degree in a subject which will be your optional in civil services examination then it will be great choice of yours . curriculum prepares me so well. Recently teachers werw changed due to their poor performances in class. This improvement was done. Now exams frequency and timings wero also fine and there was not difficultly level at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have interest in psychology that's why I adapt this course. got to know so many things about psychology and which help me to know people better really help me in my day today life. But the professor need to explain more and do not give illusionary examples. Did they have to try to explain in real world scenario. The courses is difficult and the paper is so lengthy give three hours to write and the people is so many that the time is insufficient they need to give more time if they expect to fill 24 pages of answer sheet.
