The Traditional Teaching Methods With A Little Blend Of Tech Is Preferred Still Teachers Have Not Shifted To Smart Boards Exams Are In Every 2 Months Mid-sem And Compare While There Are Weekly Evals Throughout The Semester

There Are 3 Fest Throughout The Year: Apogee(Tech Fest), Oasis(Cultural Fest) And Bosm(Sports Fest ). There Are Several Other Amenities Including a Library, Gym, and Sac Where Students Can Go For There Recreation And Physical Fitness

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Rooms Are quite ok. No Such Extraordinary Facilities Are Provided. the Rooms Are Clean And Spacious. The mess Menu Is Good but The Mess Workers Are Not of Good. Hostels Are Affordable And Costs About 42K Per Semester.

Anyone who opts for PCM and qualifies for Bitsat With More Than 75 % In 12Th Boards Is Eligible For Bits. Applications Are Available At the Bits Website Along With Dates And Other Info, Strictly No Reservations Policy In Bits Except for The Staff Quota

A great college for the fees.

Placement Experience:

For Master's students, they can start appearing for placement as soon as starting their 2nd Semester. There are lots of opportunities for students to grab a good placement. The average package for Master's can be 6-8LPA while the highest placement last year was 54LPA

Course Curriculum Overview:

- The course curriculum was specifically based on giving more knowledge and insights about the course I chose. I went onto specialization and chose microbiology and learnt that it has various other fields because of the curriculum. - The course and lab prepares well for the real-world applications. - There should have been more hands-on experience with some lab equipments and some teachers should have given more guidance to the students. - Frequency of exams and difficulty level was good. No complaints about that.

The campus placement commity is good, there is a dedicated department for campus placement for students depending upon the course you chose if you take Btech, Mtech or MCA its good but if you take M.Sc you have to struggle for placement and even if you get placement you hace to struggle with the package.

BITS Pilani- A relevant review of Pharmacy

I selected this college over other colleges due to its legacy, exposure and opportunities. The freedom to traverse through multiple domains and it's flexible academics. I had applied to almost all biotech, bio engineering related colleges to get into health sector domain. I did not get rejection from any of the colleges. The admission process of my college includes an eligibility test, BITSAT, the scores of which determine admission into thsi college. I had appeared for the test in PCB subjects instead of PCM. The exposure given for finance and Entreprenurship in BITS Pilani is well over what an average engineering college might provide you . They offer a minor option using which one can sit in finance placements with companies like UBS Deutsche Bank , Jane Street and many more .The admission process for BITS includes the BITSAT exam which is an MCQ based exam . From 2023 there have been 2 attemtps of the same ,earlier there used to be only one .However one thing to keep in mind is the BITSAT exams occur right alongside the JEE Advanced examinations as well the results .I personally gave my bitsat the day my advanced results were announced...Read More

Honest BITS Pilani (Pilani Campus) Review

I chose BITS Pilani over other colleges due to its academic flexibilitym vibrant culture, zero reservation and merit based admission process. I had confirmed admissions from other colleges such as DTU but I opted for BITS primarily because of it Practice School program and the autonomy it offers in shaping your academic journey. The admission process is through the BITSAT exam, an online test includes Physics, Chemistry and Maths and English and Logical Reasoning. There is no reservation policy.
